In view of the large-scale aquaculture industry,in the field of water surface equipment for oxygenation,in order to solve the problems of low efficiency,automation and intelligence of existing equipment,an intelligent water surface equipment for oxygenation has been developed.The equipment adopts modernization,informationization and intelligent technology to optimize the use of equipment and reduce labor costs.The power of the water surface equipment for oxygenation comes from the paddle wheel,which is driven by a motor to stir the water.On the one hand,by controlling the rotation of the motor,the equipment can be driven to sail according to the prescribed rules.On the other hand,the equipment is similar to the fixed aerator and hovering on the surface to increase the oxygen.The control system adopts the Raspberry Pi as the central controller and the single-chip microcomputer as the lower computer.The GPS module is used to locate the equipment,the GPS latitude and longitude are converted into local coordinates by the Mercator projection method,and then the image is etched and expanded.into an Environmental map.Then,through the network and the server side for data transmission,the device running status is displayed on the server side.Data transmission uses the UDP communication protocol and checks the integrity of the data before and after transmission by using a checksum.The ’control algorithm adopts the fuzzy control principle,and uses the navigation error and the error change rate to design a two-dimensional fuzzy controller.The controller uses the gravity center method to solve the fuzzy,and establishes the fuzzy model on the MATLAB platform and solves it,and imports the solution result data into the controller.Used in the middle,the effectiveness of heading control is verified by heading experiments.At the same time,PID was used to control the speed,and the control effect was verified in the experiment.In order to reduce the number of fixed aerators,the surface aeration equipment goes to the agglomeration point aeration operation in the form of a cyclic aeration operation,and optimizes the shortest path of navigation through a two-layer modified ant colony algorithm.The model was verified experimentally.
