Poverty alleviation in mountainous areas is an important measure taken by the Chinese government to the mountain people to achieve common prosperity.At the same time as the country's photovoltaic poverty alleviation,the mountain people are also developing local economies according to local conditions and working hard to achieve faster prosperity.The Jinzhai Mountain Area in Lu'an City,where the project is located,is a key support area for the country to implement photovoltaic power generation for poverty alleviation.Relying on the local complete tea industry,the local people proposed tea planting under the solar photovoltaic panels.The local area is in the mountainous area of Dabie Mountain,and the slope of the mountain slope is steep.The tea seed live broadcast method is the most suitable for local tea planting.However,the current artificial ditching efficiency is generally low and the economic benefits are not high.There is no applicable machine for the local tea seed live ditching requirements in the market.In order to solve the problem of trenching in the steep slope of tea plantation in mountainous areas,special equipment and special trenching tools were designed by fully understanding the tea planting requirements of tea seed live broadcast,and the newly designed trencher was carried out through soil tank test and field comparison experiment.the study.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,by understanding the local geographical characteristics and the tea seed planting method,the agronomic requirements for ditching should be determined.The ditch width should be 30mm-50mm,and the ditch depth should reach 70mm-100mm.(2)Structure design of the trenching machine.Select the ditching knife to open the ditch by reverse rotation,and select the direction of advancement to be the same as the direction of soil spreading,which is beneficial to obtain better ditching speed with minimum rotation speed.The designed ditching tool has a radius of 130mm,a number of teeth of 9,and an involute curve profile for the edge contour By consulting the literature,we choose the range of penetration angle of trenching knife from 30 to 35..At the same time,the power unit of the trencher selects a 1.1kw micro gasoline engine,the transmission is a 12mm transmission flexible shaft,and the reduction gear is a 30:1 worm gear reducer.'(3)Seven groups of grooving cutters with different radius of involute base circle were simulated and optimized by EDEM software.Based on the component force of the cutter in the forward direction and the vertical direction,the loss rate of particles and the value of torque.The optimum radius of involute base circle was 75 mm,and the corresponding penetration angle was 32.4 degrees?(4)The design of the ditching tool and the ditching tool were tested by the ditch test,the soil throwing range test and the steep slope ditch test on the soil tank test bed.The soil trough test shows that the design tool meets the requirements for trenching,and the power device is verified to meet the requirements for trenching.The soil throwing range test shows that the design of the involute ditch knife has the smallest throwing range compared with the conventional tool.In the process of steep slope ditching,the average width of the ditch is 53.0mm,and the average ditch depth is 85.9mm.The ditching effect meets the planting requirements required by the project.At the same time,the weight of the whole machine is less than 12kg,and the vibration of the machine head is small during operation and the operability is strong.
