China is the world’s largest consumer of pork and the largest producer of pork products.Compared with the developed countries there are still many basic work lags in the research and development of basic parameters of pig breeding in China,Therefore,China’s original breeding pigs rely on imports for a long time.Due to the backward breeding work in China, the imported pig traits are degraded, forming a cycle of introduction degeneration reintroduction. Therefore,it is necessary to improve the breeding level of breeding pigs in China. This experiment takes the Yorkshire pig of the core breeding farm of a country in Nanning,Guangxi as the research object.Firstly, the optimal formula for the RFI traits of the population was obtained by comparison, then the genetic parameters of the growth traits of the population were calculated. Finally, the polymorphic of growth trait related genes were identified by time of flight mass spectrometer. And associated analysis with growth traits. This experiment hopes to obtain genetic marker genes for production traits, and provide a theoretical basis for molecular breeding research. The specific research results are as follows:1.SAS software was used as the main software to calculate RFI and the correlation of each stage through four different calculation methods. The results calculated by the four formulas were compared multiple times, and the formula with the highest fitness was selected as the optimal calculation formula for the RFI traits of the group. The results showed that the highest degree of fit among the four equations is the method of Iowa State University with a fitness of 0.6878.The distribution of the six production traits of Days to 100kg,30-100kgADG,100kgBF,100kgLEA,30-100kgFCR,and RFI conformed to the normal distribution.2.Using Least squares variance analysis(SAS 9.1.3),the affectives of three non-genetic factors of birth year、sex、season to the whole identificated 6 types of characters of the Yorkshire pig was analyzed. The results showed that the season has not significant effects on 100kgBF(p>0.05);birth year has not significant effects on RFI(p>0.05).The remaining non-genetic factors have significant effects on production traits(p<0.05).3.Descriptive statistics,Heritability, genetic correlation, phenotypic correlation of the RFI,100kgFCR,30-100kgADG,1 OOkgBF,1 OOkgLEA and Days to 100kg in Yorkshire pig population were conducted by DMU and SAS software. The result showed that Days to 100kg had a low heritability(0.174).30-100kgADG showed the medium heritability(0.248).100kgBF showed the high heritability(0.461).100kgLEA showed the medium heritability(0.269).30-100kgFCR showed the high heritability(0.552).RFI showed the medium heritability(0.281).Genetic correlations between Days to 100kg and 30-100kgADG were Negativity high.the Days to 100kg and 100kgFCR were positively correlation.30-100kgADG and 30-100kgFCR、100kgBF and 30-100kgFCR、30-100kgFCR and RFI were positively correlation.Phenotypic correlation of Days to 100kg and 30-100kgADG、30-100kgADG and 30-100kgFCR were Negative high.Days to 100kg and 30-100kgFCR、30-100kgFCR and RFI were positivly phenotypic correlations.4.The population genetic parameters of the genes were calculated using Excel. The results of chi-square test showed that MC4R rs81219178 and PITX2 rs320556030 had low genetic diversity, and MC4R rs81219178 frequency and genotype frequency did not reach Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in the experimental Yorkshire pig.5.The correlation analysis between growth traits and gene polymorphisms showed that:CCKAR c.179、TEF1 G93A were significantly associated with 100kgBF(p<0.05).CCKAR c.179、MYH7 g.75667956、MC4R rs81219178 were significantly associated with 30-100kgFCR(p<0.05).MC4R rs81219178 were significantly associated with Days to 100kg(p<0.05).MYH7 g.75667956 was significantly associated with 30-100kgADG(p<0.05).MAP3K5 rs342046358 was significantly associated with 100kgLEA9(p<0.05);MYH7 g.75667956 was significantly associated with RFI(p<0.05).
