| Ujimchin White Horse is a separate breed of Mongolian horse.It is produced in the Ujimchin grassland and adjacent areas of Xilingol League in Inner Mongolia.The Ujimchin white horse has the characteristics of resistance to rough,cold,disease,However,the distribution area is relatively small and the population is relatively small.Therefore,the investigation of the living status and non-genetic factors of the Ujimchin White Horse can not only help us understand the distribution of germplasm resources of the Ujimchin White Horse,but promote toprotect and make good use of the Ujimchin White Horse.In this study,the body size of Ujimchin White Horse at different ages were analyzed,and non-genetic factors were determined to provide reference for the breeding and actual production of Ujimchin White Horse.In this experiment,the height,body length,chest circumference,tube circumference and body weight of 761 Ujimchin White Horses were measured.The correlation coefficient and regression analysis were statistically analyzed.The appearance and different parts of meat were analyzed.The results showed that the weight of Ujimchin White Horse gradually increased with age.When the age reached 6 years old,the body length,chest circumference and body weight reached the maximum.The body size index of 7 to 13 years old tends to be stable,and the Ujimchin White Horse matures.The age is 6 years old;the white color of the Ujimchin White Horse is mainly white.The average height of the adult Ujimchin White Horse is 130cm.The average height of the adult Ujimchin white mare is 129cm.The body size(body height,body length,chest circumference,tube circumference)of the Ujimchin White Horse was similar to the Abaga horse,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The difference between the body size of the Ujimchin White Horse and the Daxinganling forest horse and the Balhu horse was extremely significant(P<0.001).In addition,the chemical composition analysis of different parts of Ujimchin White Horses showed that the ash content of the frozen protein and the gluten content of the longissimus muscles in different periods of time were decreased.The middle shoulder muscles of each part have more water content,and the longest muscles on the back are less.At the same time,we investigated the living status,distribution,protection measures of Ujimchin White Horse The results showed that the living preservation measures and the low-temperature conservation measures of Ujimchin White Horse are very important.This study is great Significance for further cultivation and improvement of the Ujimchin White Horse. |
