Selenium is a necessary trace element for human body and plays an important role in human health.At the same time,paddy occupies an important position in food crops,so the development of selenium-enriched paddy is of great significance to meet people’s selenium intake.In this study,the development status of selenium-enriched paddy industry in Guangxi and the application status of selenium-enriched paddy production technology were studied by collecting data,consulting literature and visiting and investigating.In view of the quantitative selenium-enriched technology problems in selenium-enriched paddy production,field tests and verification studies on the appropriate application amount of paddy selenium fertilizer were carried out,which provided valuable suggestions and countermeasures for solving the main problems existing in the development of selenium-enriched paddy industry in Guangxi.The main research results are as follows:1.At present,the development of selenium-enriched paddy industry in Guangxi is still in the primary stage.The main problems are:the scale of selenium-enriched paddy enterprises is small;It is difficult to build a well-known selenium-enriched paddy brand.Insufficient production technicians;The government has insufficient policies at the micro level.Therefore,in order to promote the development of selenium-enriched paddy industry in Guangxi,the following measures should be taken:to formulate a plan for selenium-enriched paddy industry in Guangxi;Building leading enterprises and famous brands;Perfecting the standard system of selenium-enriched paddy products;Strengthen the technical development of selenium-enriched paddy.2.Through the analysis of the application status of selenium-enriched paddy production technology in Guangxi,it is found that at present,the selenium-enriched paddy production enterprises in Guangxi mainly spray selenium fertilizer on the leaves of paddy at the heading stage.Due to different levels of soil selenium in different paddy fields,the problems of large variation of grain selenium content and uncertain effect of spraying selenium fertilizer are easy to occur in the production of-selenium-enriched paddy.3.The field experiment on suitable application amount of selenium fertilizer found that spraying different amounts of amino acid selenium fertilizer(0.225,0.45,0.9,1.8,3.6g/667m2)at different levels of soil selenium content had a certain yield-increasing effect on paddy yield and significantly increased the selenium content in paddy.Soil selenium has a positive contribution to the absorption and accumulation of selenium by paddy,and the available selenium content in soil is highly significantly positively correlated with the selenium content in paddy.According to the regression equation of paddy selenium content and selenium fertilizer application amount,the calculation equation of selenium fertilizer application amount in paddy fields with different soil available selenium content is obtained,respectively:soil available selenium content<0.02 mg/kg area:selenium fertilizer application amount =(grain target selenium content-0.062)/0.164;Available Se content in soil is 0.02-0.03mg/kg:Se fertilizer amount =(grain target Se content-0.083)/0.202;Available Se content in soil is 0.03-0.04mg/kg:Se fertilizer amount =(grain target Se content-0.121)/0.189;Available Se content in soil is 0.04-0.05 mg/kg:Se fertilizer amount =(grain target Se content-0.09)/0.587;Available Se content in soil>0.05 mg/kg:Se fertilizer amount =(grain target Se content-0.088)/0.429.4.The applicability of the formula for calculating the application amount of selenium fertilizer was evaluated by field verification tests.The results showed that the content of paddy produced in 20 ha paddy field was 0.27-0.35mg/kg,which was not significantly different from the target selenium content of 0.30mg/kg.
