Nutritional Value Assessment And Different Feeding Levels Of Forage Grass In Wulagai Grassland Effect On The Performance Of Beef Cattle | | Posted on:2020-02-02 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:C Cheng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2393330578456484 | Subject:Agriculture | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In this study we studied the grazing of beef cattle in the Wulagai grassland,and analyzed the changes of nutrient composition of the dominant forage grass and mixed pasture in the Wulagai grassland,and the effects on the growth performance of different beef cattle under different feeding levels and the digestibility of different forages.Correlation analysis between.The purpose of this study was to clarify the nutritional value of the forage grass in the Ulagai grassland and the impact of beef cattle on production performance at different feeding levels.The study is divided into three parts:1.Nutritional value assessment of dominant forage and mixed forage This experiment collects the four stages of the Wulagai grassland dominant pasture and mixed forage in the first and second ten days of July and August(July 5,July 20,August 5,August 20)and analyzes its nutritional routine.The GI value was calculated.The results showed that the GI value of Potentilla was the highest and the nutritional quality was the best.The content of crude protein(CP)in mixed pasture in early August(August 5)was significantly higher than that in other days significant(P<0.05),and the GI value was the highest.The result showed that the mixed herbage of the Wulagai grassland had the best nutritional quality in early August and then began to decline.1.Change law of nutrient digestibility of mixed grassland pasture In this experiment,acid washing lignin(ADL)method was used to determine the variation of digestibility of mixed grassland pasture under different feeding-levels groups.The results showed that the dry matter(DM)digestibility of restricted feeding groups was significantly higher than that of the free feeding groups(P<0.05).The crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)of the restricted and free feeding groups,was not significant(P>0.05).2.Effects of different feeding levels on the performance of grassland beef cattle By analyzing the daily gain in the four stages of the whole experimental period,it was found that the weight of the grassland beef restricted feeding groups feeding group was in the reduce.The restricted feeding groups feeding groups difference in daily gain between 0-15 days and 15-30,30-45 days was significant(P<0.05).The free feeding groups has been in a state of weight gain,and the average daily weight gain of the four stages is not significant(P>0.05). | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Wulagai, Mixed grass, Digestibility, Nutritional value, Beef cattle, Production performance | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
