This paper adopts the methods of field investigation,observation and indoor test analysis of Tumenxigou small watershed,7 kinds of different water conservation forest and control plots(bare farmland)for sample collection,measurement and analysis,sampling investigation of water quantity and water quality monitoring and analysis in two spatial scales from plot.From the conservation of different forest soil physicochemical properties,soil water storage capacity,soil water infiltration,litter water holding capacity of four aspects of analysis,and summarized the water conservation of different forest water conservation effect value,provide a reference for the related analysis of the effects of water conservation,discusses the relationship of physical and chemical function the characters of soil and water conservation of different forest types.The result shows:(1)With the increase of soil depth,the soil bulk density increased gradually.The minimum of secondary forest soil bulk density,secondary forest of natural restoration in soil has good improvement;The woodland of capillary porosity and capillary porosity and total porosity decreases,the proportion of the capillary pore is smaller than the capillary pore.Acacia,pinus tabulaeformis,arborvitae,shrub land soil porosity is larger.The total nitrogen content of chestnut forest land is definitely too high;The total phosphorus content of forest difference is not very big;Acacia wood is organic matter content.(2)The pinus tabulaeformis forest land soil water storage capacity of 40.4mm,is the double of chestnut forest.(3)With the increase of soil depth,the initial infiltration rate and the steady infiltration rate,lower in turn.Pinus tabulaeformis woodland and chestnut steady infiltration rate compared to the initial infiltration rate has dropped dramatically.(4)The litter layer thickness of Pinus tabulaeformis forest was significantly higher than that of other forest land,6.5cm,and the water holding capacity was larger.The surface of economic forest is bare,and there is no litter,which is not conducive to the interception of rainfall.(5)Function of water conservation forest land and the correlation between soil physical and chemical properties.Correlation coefficient between the function of water conservation forest land is not high.(6)In different water conservation forest,litter layer and soil layer total water storage,the total storage capacity of Pinus tabulaeformis forest,Robinia pseudoacacia forest and the side Berlin is larger,and the total water storage in the basin is 221.3mm.
