The gain and loss of soil organic carbon(SOC)affect not only the global climate change,but also the soil fertility and productivity of corn field's ecosystem.Corn is a significant food crop around the globe.As a type of crop land,corn field is widely distributed everywhere.Therefore,it is of great essence for mitigation of global climate change,prevention of soil degradation and increase of corn yield to identify the influencing factors of SOC storage in corn fields and take targeted measures to promote SOC storage effectively.In this study,the soil environmental factors of 0-140 cm soil layers in Dadugang area of Xishuangbanna were investigated and measured,including the basic physical and chemical properties of soil redox potential soil metal concentration,soil nutrient concentration,microbial biomass and its diversity as well as the soil mineral.Most importantly,we did research into the effects and weight of these factors on SOC concentration,so that we could clarify the main and secondary factors and find out their mechanism eventually.All in all,I'm looking forward to providing some scientific basis for low-carbon cultivation and management of farmland ecosvstem.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The storage of SOC.in Dadugang corn field is affected by soil moisture content and soil silt.The concentration of SOC in corn field is positively correlated with soil moisture content(p<0.01).When the soil moisture content goes high,the activity of aerobic soil organisms will get inhibited and limit soil organic matter mineralization.The concentration of SOC is also negatively correlated with the concentration of powder particles(p<0.01).Due to the poor stability of soil aggregates,the water holding capacity and nutritional absorption capacity of soil aggregates are also weak,which is not conducive to the storage of SOC.It is beneficial for increaseing the storage of SOC to keep high soil moisture content,during the process of growing local corn.(2)The storage of SOC in corn fields is positively correlated with N,P,S,Ca(p<0.01),and they can limit SOC mineralization and promote SOC storage in corn field.But negatively correlated with K,Mg,Na,Mn,Rb and Ni(p<0.01).SOC concentration is positively correlated with active iron and complex iron(p<0.01).The active sites on the surface of different active minerals are different,especially the adsorption capacity of active iron to SOC is the strongest in Dadugang corn fields.(3)Among the soil environmental factors,the factors that can promote SOC storage in corn field are in order of weight from large to small are as follows:active iron,P,N,C/N.soil moisture content,S,complex iron,Ca and microorganism,the weight of each factor in the soil environmental in the study area are 11.1%,11.0%,10.4%,9.8%,9.4%,8.8%,8.2%,4.7%,2.5%.Therefore,it is beneficial for increaseing the storage of SOC to apply some magnetic fertilize containing above elements,during the process of growing local corn.The factors leading to SOC loss are as follows:Na,Mg,Mn,and K,the weight of each factor in the soil environmental in the study area are 7.4%,6.11%,5.8%and 4.8%.
