The environmental problems brought about by the rapid development of urbanization have become increasingly serious,among which internal disasters are particularly serious.Therefore,it is extremely important to study and improve the technical system of rainwater harvesting and utilization in the urban soil and water conservation measures in China,adhering to the concepts of "sponge cities" and "low impact development(Lid)".Through consulting the literature and researching the classic cases of rainwater harvesting and utilization in residential quarters at home and abroad,combined with field surveys of sample plots,a rainwater collection and utilization technology and measures system was designed for sample sites.The system includes three major systems:Water infiltration system,sewage interception purification system and savings utilization system.Each system includes a variety of urban soil and water conservation measures.Through the "accumulation","preservation" and "use" of rainwater,a closed-loop system for rainwater circulation in a residential area has been built in all directions so that rainwater does not escape and the municipal pipe network is lightened.Pressure has also greatly contributed to the reduction of urban guilt.In order to verify the effectiveness of the designed rainwater harvesting and utilization measure system,the SWMM model was used to simulate the land,and the land was divided into several sub,watersheds according to the layout of the pipe network.The SWMM model was used to simulate the land.Three different rainfall types for P=20%,P=10%,and P=5%,and three types of plots are set for each rainfall:unimproved plots,sunken green spaces and permeable paving Blocks and rainwater harvesting and utilization measure plots were analyzed from the following aspects:rainfall and infiltration,surface runoff,peak discharge,peak time,and water storage volume.The following conclusions were obtained:1.The effect of combined rainwater storage and utilization measures under the same conditions is better than a single measure,and the rainwater absorption effect of the combined model decreases as the rainfall increases;2.The combined model reduces the peak capacity better than a single measure,but the ability to postpone the flood peak time is poor.It needs to be supplemented with the proportion of shelf storage tanks.3.This article uses SWMM to evaluate floods in construction communities.It has practicality and convenience.The evaluation results prove that the designed rainwater continuous use measures are superior to the traditional model and have significance in use.
