The Chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum × morifolium Ramat)origin of China,has a long history of cultivation,is the traditional ten famous flower and the world famous one of the four cut flowers.As a long time since the chrysanthemum has been mainly yellow and white,chrysanthemum flower cultivation lacks,a single color,can not meet people's needs,on the development of China's chrysanthemum industry had a greater negative impact.So the breeding color is pure,shiny bright and pink-based and excellent traits,ornamental high cut flower chrysanthemum becomes particularly important.In this study,we selected 17 evaluation factors for the ornamental effect of cut flower chrysanthemum,and selected 32 color standard cut flower varieties to construct a comprehensive evaluation system of color standard cut flower chrysanthemum.Using the same method,nine evaluation factors of horticultural ornamental effect were screened out,and the comprehensive evaluation system of F1 chrysanthemum traits was constructed.Genetic analysis of some quantitative traits of F1 chrysanthemum was carried out,and a number of fine individuals with good traits and high ornamental value were selected.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)Using the expert consultation method and reference to other evaluation system literature,we selected 17 evaluation factors with large influence on color standard cut flowers.The results showed that the flower diameter,flower pattern,flower color and the number of the tongue flower had a great influence on the comprehensive quality traits of Chrysanthemum morifolium,and the weight value was 0.109,and the other factors had the little effect on the evaluation factors.(2)The same method was used to screen 9 evaluation factors such as plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight of flowers,length of pedicels and leaf toughness.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of 9 evaluation factors was carried out by AHP.The results showed that the flower diameter,flower pattern and flower color had a great effect on the ornamental ornamental effect of cut flower chrysanthemum,theweight value was 0.212,and the plant height and stem diameter were the second,and the weight value 0.104.Cloning and analysis of 574 chrysanthemum cultivars were carried out by K-means clustering analysis.574 F1 genera were divided into three grades:excellent grade 44 single,accounting for 7.67%,good grade 229 single,accounting for 39.90%;poor grade 301 single,accounting for 52.44%.(3)In this experiment,we chose the cut flower chrysanthemum with bright color and excellent ornamental characters.The results showed that the seed setting rate was the highest among the six hybrids,and the seed ridge was the highest in the 'Hongri' × 'Nanong Hengchun',which was 7.79%;the seed setting rate of 'Shunfa' × 'Nannong Songming' was the second.There was no significant difference in the germination rate of the six combinations of hybrid progeny by the germination rate of F1 generation.The red,pink and purple plants in the F1 generation accounted for 59.2%of the F1 population,showing a significant partial maternal inheritance.When the pink as the female,yellow or white plants for the male parent of the hybrid,the descendants of the parent did not have the color of yellow and white,which shows the yellow and white with a strong heritability,no obvious partial Maternal inheritance.In each hybrid combination,the parent's color occupies a higher proportion,showing a strong genetic advantage.The dominance rate of plant height,stem diameter,leaf shape index,flower diameter and the amount of tongue flower were negative,indicating that the heterosis of these five traits in F1 population had dominant genetic effect.The traits of F1 population were common,and the selection of 9 traits was selected,and 23 excellent individuals were selected.
