| In this experiment,walnut with the main body result of temperature ’185’ was used as the research material.In 2017 and 2018,walnut was sprayed with alicriazole in single plant leaf for two consecutive years.Four alicriazole with different concentrations were set in the experiment,namely 150mg/L,200mg/L,250mg/L and 300mg/L.Study its shape with the result of the trunk walnut growth,photosynthesis,fluorescence,and the influence of the leaf and fruit quality,analysis the differences between the groups,and by using principal component analysis(pca)to comprehensive evaluation of the results,to explore the best concentration of olefinic effect azole use tree construction to provide the scientific basis,main trunk walnut cultivation,improve quality and provide theoretical basis to increase production.The main results of this experimental study are as follows:(1)The treatment with enalizole had a certain effect on the diameter diameter and internode length of walnut fruit branches,and the treatment could increase the diameter diameter of walnut fruit branches and shorten the length of internode.Among them,250mg/L alizole increased the diameter and diameter of walnut fruit branches by 37.57%,and 150mg/L alizole had the best inhibitory effect on internode length,which was 39.77% shorter than the control group.(2)Alicriazole had different effects on walnut bud and fruit setting rate,and increased shoot bud density,bud male/female ratio and fruit setting rate.Among them,200mg/L increased walnut bud density significantly,41.07% more than the control group,reaching a significant difference.300mg/L could increase the ratio of female bud to male bud by 22.73%.The fruit setting rate of walnut was improved,but no significant difference was observed.(3)Ene azole processing of walnut chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics index has different degrees of improvement,walnuts,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and stomatal limitation(Ls)are processed in 250 mg/L ene effect azole improve effect best,netphotosynthetic rate increased by 38.01%,the transpiration rate increased by 37.05%;The instantaneous water utilization rate reached its maximum value when the concentration of enconazole was 200mg/L,which was 83.38% higher than the control.(4)the fluorescence parameters of walnut,such as Fv/Fm,Yeild,qP and ETR,were all decreased by alicriazole,but no significant difference was achieved.The qN value of walnut under the treatment of 200mg/L was significantly lower than that of the control group.Fo and Fm reached the maximum value after 250mg/L alconazole treatment,but there was no significant difference.(5)Endozole had different effects on all indexes of the planed structure of walnut leaves.250mg/L had the best effect in increasing the thickness of the upper and lower epidermis of walnut,and 200mg/L had the most obvious effect in increasing the thickness of palisade tissue,which was 16.50% higher than that of the control group.Sponge tissue had the best effect in increasing the thickness under 300mg/L treatment,which was 67.50% higher than that of the control group.Endozole treatment had the effect of inhibiting stomatal development,resulting in the decrease of stomatal density,and the inhibition of stomatal density reached the maximum at 250mg/L.150mg/L significantly increased the dry matter ratio of walnut leaves by 17.39%.The effect of 200mg/L treatment was the best,which was 38.29% higher than the control group.Under 300mg/L treatment,leaf area and cell structure relaxation of walnut leaves reached the maximum.(6)Ketozole had varying degrees of improvement effect on carbon and nitrogen-related metabolic enzymes in walnut leaves,and 300mg/L ketozole treatment increased the activity of nitrate reductase by 41.73%.The activity of sucrose synthase and glutamate dehydrogenase was increased by 61.65% and 81.89% respectively by 250mg/L entozole.The activity of sucrose phosphosynthase was increased by 58.73% by 200mg/L entozole.(7)The effect of enetrozole on the three diameters(transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter and lateral diameter)and fruit shape index of walnut fruits was significantly different.The 300mg/L enetrozole treatment had the best effect on improving the tightness ofwalnut fruit suture,which was 53.95% higher than that of the control group.200mg/L treatment had the best effect on the increase of single fruit weight,kernel weight and yield of walnut,with the yield increased by 11.07%.Treatment with 250 mg/L significantly increased walnut yield per unit by 14.61%.The content of soluble total sugar and reducing sugar in fruit was increased best by 250mg/L entozole,and 150mg/L could significantly reduce the content of cellulose.The protein content increased by 10.07% after 200mg/L treatment,and the fat content increased by 5.05% after 250mg/L treatment,but the difference was significant.300mg/L has the best effect on the improvement of iodine valence content. |
