In order to solve the reproductive barrier disease and low production performance of sows,five kinds of "compound additives" series products were prepared,and the systematic comparative tests were carried out on the reproductive performance,physical and chemical indexes of sows in different stages,as well as the growth and development performance and health of piglets.Early gestation to weaning: Select 55 heads of Chang bai purebred sows in the late stage in the past,and divided them randomly into 2 experiment group and control group,.According to the stochastic group,the treatment of each group was as follows: The sows in the control group were raised as routine mode as the pig farm.And the sows in experiment group 1,which uterus perfusion 100 m L "compound additive 1" after the first delivery,and the medicine was used in the same way after the second delivery;The sows in experiment group2 were infused 20 m L "compound additive 2" in the uterus by spermaduct after the first delivery of the first piglet,when the piglets’ placenta discharge and then infuse another 20 m L,after the second delivery was in the same way to use medicine.The experiment was from the sow delivery to after the completion of the next delivery,the reproductive performance of the multiparous sows and the growth,development and health of lactating piglets were tracked and counted.Perinatal period to weaning: A total of 100 sows(3~5 foetuses)were randomly divided into 4 experimental groups and control groups,and the experiment was conducted from 7days before delivery to 7 days after delivery.In experiment 1,3 g of "compound additive-3" was added to each sow every day.The sows in the 2 groups were injected with 10 ml of "compound additive-4" every day for 7 days before delivery 3 groups of sows were added with 3 g of "compound additive-3" every day,and 10 ml of "compound additive-4" was injected every day for 7 days before delivery 3 g "compound additive-3" and 5 g "compound additive-5" were added to each sow in 4 groups every day.Every sow was injected with 10 ml of "compound additive-4" every 7 days before delivery.Experiment 2,3,4 groups ofnewborn piglets each oral 0.5ml "compound additive-4" at the same time do pseudo rabies nose drops,other the same as the control group.The sows in the control group were fed basic diet,and the piglets were managed according to the routine method in the pig farm.The reproductive performance of sows and the growth,development and health of Suckling piglets were tracked.The result showed that:Early gestation to weaning:(1)The reproductive performance of sows and production performance of lactating piglets: compared with the control group,the piglets’ weaning weight in the second breeding experiment increased by 16.59%(P<0.05),and the rate of weight gain increased by 20.38%(P<0.05).The weaning weight of the second breeding piglets in group 2 of sows increased by 15.22%(P<0.05),and the rate of weight gain increased by 15.19%(P<0.05).(2)Health of sows and piglets: compared with the control group,the passive knockout rate of group 1 of sows decreased by 21.05%,and the group 2decreased by 8.05%.(3)Reproductive performance of sows: which made two consecutive breeding tests,and the time interval of estrus breeding after weaning in group 1 of sows was shortened by 6.17 d,and the time interval of estrus breeding after weaning in group 2 of sows was shortened by 3.88 d.(4)Physiological function of sows: the T-AOC in group 1 improved by 29.66%(P<0.05);MDA decreased by 27.94%(P<0.05);Ig G,IGA increased by 23.06%(P<0.05),14.39%(P<0.05),LH increased by 21.42%(P<0.05),progesterone drop 39.84%(P<0.05).The results of group 2 on sows the T-AOC in group 1 improved by 14.83%(P<0.05);Ig G improved by 28.30%(P<0.05).FSH improved by 17.72%(P<0.05);LH increased by 24.62%(P<0.05),progesterone drop by 27.64%(P<0.05).Perinatal period to weaning:(1)The reproductive performance of sows and production performance of lactating piglets: the weight gain rate of piglets in group 4 was 9.02% which was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(2)Health status of sows and piglets: compared with the control group,the t group 1,2,3 and 4had different degrees on 1d fur score before weaning in piglets,among which group 4 showed outstanding improvement which increased by 8.83%(P>0.05),and the incidence of diarrhea in piglets and triple disease of sows decreased in different degrees.Particularly,experiment 4reduced by 14.68%,11.77% respectively.(3)In the reproductive performance of sows: the estrus rate test in 7 d increased by 17.65%,and the group 4 was improved by 11.76%.(4)Physiological function of sows: group 1,2 and 3 triglycerides(TG)increased by 20.69%,13.79% and 20.69% respectively,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and in group 4,the total protein(TP),increased by 20.84%,which had significant differences(P<0.05).The content of Ig G in colostrum increased by 48.83%,62.91% and 50.28% in group 2,3 and 4respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The butterfat,lactose and lactoprotein in the colostrum of group 4 increased by 11.46%,11.4% and 15.71% respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The experiment showed that feeding and uterine perfusion with "compound additives" could improve the immune function and reproductive endocrine function of sows,improve sows’ health and continuous reproductive performance,and indirectly improve the growth performance of Suckling piglets.Feeding piglets "compound additive-4" can promote the growth and development of piglets and improve their health.
