On the basis of reviewing the evolution and development of farming tools in different social periods in China.In view of the fact that researchers currently have less research on wood tools,and to a lesser extent.The author discusses the development and evolution of typical traditional wooden implements,classifies the traditional wooden implements,and conducts an in-depth analysis of their typical representatives,wooden plows and wooden seed planter.Based on the actual mapping of the two,CAD is used to display the overall structure and component structure.Through the mechanical analysis of the two,the theoretical use of the two forces and the improvement of the wooden plow body are obtained,and the characteristics of the wooden implements are analyzed and summarized.The main findings are as follows:(1)Through the research on the evolution and development of agricultural implements in different social periods,taking the development of China’s historical dynasty as the axis,the development and evolution of several typical wooden implements—wooden plows,leveller,harrow and squatter are discussed.Long-term,more commonly used agricultural tools were classified and introduced their structural styles and functions.The characteristics of traditional wooden farm implements were studied.Through the analysis of the traditional agricultural implements and the analysis of the applicable scope of traditional agricultural implements,the typical design of traditional agricultural implements has the characteristics of practicability and inclusiveness.Based on the background of ergonomics and agricultural tools,the design of traditional agricultural tools has the characteristics of being human and innovative.(2)By surveying and mapping the changzhi plough,the actual size is obtained,the overall structure and the structure of the parts are shown,and the working principle of the plough is analyzed.According to the actual measurement,the depth range of the plough is 11cm-20 cm.The structural design of the plough is simple and ingenious.The form of curved pole enables the soil cut up by the ploughshare to be broken by the ploughboard,while the plough evaluation enables farmers to adjust the depth of the cultivated land.The improvement of plough bottom reduces the friction force and saves manpower and animal power.The mechanical analysis of the plough is carried out,and the equilibrium equation is established according to its stress condition.The theoretical calculation of its stress is carried out,and the various forces of the plough in stable work are obtained.Among them,the traction required by the plough at the depth of 11-20 cm should be at least 1731-2785 n,and the maximum depth of 20 cm can only be guaranteed by the healthy adult bull.Other livestock may not be able to provide such a large traction.According to the actual tillage situation,the optimal position of the plough hook is theoretically 29.6cm from the ground.(3)The actual size of the tripe-columbine was obtained through the actual mapping of the tripe-columbine,and the overall structure and the structure of each component were demonstrated by drawing,and the working principle of the tripe-columbine was analyzed.Drills are the most complicated farm tools in ancient China.The columbine USES the columbine shape to make the columbine structure stable,Columbine is divided into front and back parts.The open and closed plates can adjust the size of the seed outflow hole.The combination of columbine and the open and closed plates makes it easier to control the planting speed,The combination of the leaky seed tube and the hollow columbine makes the seed fall position more accurate.The emergence of drills drills has greatly improved sowing efficiency.We have done a mechanical analysis on the drills,and based on the data obtained from previous mapping,we have done a theoretical calculation on the force applied on the drills.We have drawn a conclusion that the drills should have at least 218 N traction force when sowing at a normal depth of 5cm.At the same time,we also need the user to apply at least 89 N pressure on the aquilegia.Finally,we should use drills with drills after studying the effect of shaking on friction.
