| Under the background of current scientific research on economic globalization and sustainable development,marine economy has been paid more and more attention by human society.Countries in the world have suffered from global climate deterioration and shortage of resources at the same time of economic development.The impact of a series of problems,such as environmental pollution,restricts the sustainable development of the global economy to a great extent.Most countries are deeply aware that it is no longer advisable to blindly pursue economic benefits at the expense of environmental practices,and countries all over the world are exploring the way of sustainable development suitable for their own countries.Especially,the coastal areas of the world are deeply affected by the marine environment,so it has become the development of marine economy to explore the sustainable development of marine industry.In this paper,referring to the previous research results,the ecological efficiency index system of marine fisheries in coastal areas is constructed to evaluate the ecological efficiency of marine fisheries in coastal areas of China.At the same time,considering the accuracy of efficiency measurement and making up for the one-sidedness of evaluation efficiency with only one single output index,DEA-SBM model is used to measure the ecological efficiency of marine fisheries in coastal areas of China.The influencing factors were analyzed by Tobit model.With the implementation of the main planning of the blue marine economic zone in China,the coastal areas actively respond to the call of the state,innovate and develop marine fisheries and their related industries,practice the concept of environmental protection,save energy and reduce emissions,and make The ecological efficiency of marine fisheries has been significantly improved.The evaluation results are divided into time and space dimensions.From the time series,the ecological efficiency of marine fisheries in coastal areas of China shows an upward trend of fluctuation during the study period(2007-2016).At the end of the study,the ecological efficiency of marine fishery reached the optimal level,and the development trend was good.From the point of view of spatial differences,the ecological efficiency of marine fisheries in Yangtze River Delta and Pan-Pearl River Delta is much higher than that in Bohai Rim,and the regional difference in marine fishery ecological efficiency is obvious.Due to the emphasis on the optimization and upgrading of marine fisheries in the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pan-Pearl River Delta region,the marine fishery resources will benefit.The utilization rate is high,and the investment in science andtechnology and funds in marine fisheries is strengthened,so the ecological efficiency of marine fisheries in Yangtze River Delta and Pan-Pearl River Delta is obviously higher than that in Bohai Rim.In order to explore the influencing factors of marine fishery ecological efficiency in coastal areas of China,Tobit model was used to analyze the influencing factors,and the following four aspects were analyzed: the utilization level of sea area,The level of economic development of marine fisheries,the level of marine environmental governance,the level of marine fishery science and technology. |
