In order to explore the relationship between the daily dynamics of photosynthesis and the relationship with the well irrigation in the arid area,the theory and technical guidance of the management of the farmland in the arid area were discussed.Based on the physiological principles of plant and leaf photosynthesis,the jujube trees in the arid area of the Tarim Basin were tested as experimental materials.The results showed that under the conditions of irrigation and well irrigation,The diurnal variation of photosynthesis and the annual variation process of photosynthesis of.?Photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,water use efficiency,etc.?under different irrigation patterns,and to determine the relationship between photosynthesis?net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,water use efficiency and so on?Gray jujube can carry out normal photosynthesis.The test has made a few main findings and conclusions:The diurnal variation of photosynthetic indexes in the same growth period was basically consistent with the diurnal variation of photosynthesis.?1?Under the same irrigation mode,the photosynthetic indexes and diurnal variation regularities of different growth stages were different.?2?The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and water use efficiency of jujube trees were higher than those of photosynthesis under the irrigation mode.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate,There are certain advantages of photosynthesis under well irrigation.The results showed that as follow,?1?photosynthesis had the same characteristics in the same irrigation period,and the diurnal variation of photosynthesis was the same in the same growth period and under different irrigation patterns.Has its characteristics.?2?The regression model of photosynthesis and internal and external environmental factors under different irrigation patterns and different irrigation regimes were different in different irrigation periods,and the influencing factors were different in the same growth period.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of jujube trees in the two kinds of irrigation stages showed the annual change law of first and later decline,and the water use efficiency,Intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,stomatal limitation of the regularity is not strong.The average annual value of Pn is C2<C1,and there is a significant difference.There is no significant difference between Ci,Tr,Ta,CO2 and PAR in C1 and C2.Therefore,the photosynthesis of jujube trees is more obvious.The diurnal variation of annual growth period,annual variation,the growth period of the whole growth period and the relationship between diurnal variation under different irrigation patterns and internal and external environmental factors were studied.The photosynthetic model,The annual average of the comparative analysis,well irrigation more diffuse in the promotion of mature fruit jujube photosynthesis has more advantages and photosynthetic potential.
