| In recent years,mycotoxin pollution has caused great trouble to the production and management of the world’s agriculture and animal husbandry,and even brought direct economic losses.The mycotoxin is colorless and tasteless,but very low concentration can produce immunosuppressive effects,reduce the immune activity of T cells and B cells,and then affect the quality of vaccination and disease treatment.The pig industry in Fujian Province has achieved a certain level of development,but it is still troubled by mycotoxin problem.In order to further understand the types and pollution levels of mycotoxins in pig diets in Fujian province,74 samples were collected form 9 pig farms in different regions of China in 2016.Qualitative analysis of mycotoxins inthe samples was carried out,and the concentrations of mycotoxins in the samples were quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that:(1)74 samples were generally contaminated by mycotoxin,of which DDGS was the most serious,followed by bran.(2)The mycotoxins detected in the samples were Aspergillus fumigatus B1 and B2,T-2 toxin,aflatoxin B1 and B2,ochratoxin(OTA),zearalenone(F-2 toxin)and vomiting toxin(DON),etc.(3)From the species of toxin,the positive detection rate of aflatoxin (AFB)in the samples were very low and then the detection content were very low.The positive detection rate and positive detection value of the three toxins,such as zearalenone(ZON),vomiting toxin(DON)and fumonisin(FUM)were very high.Among them,the pollution of vomiting toxin(DON)is the most serious,followed by zearalenone(F-2 toxin).(4)The cross contamination of the tested samples were very common,that were,there were more than two mycotoxins in the same sample.After investigating the main mycotoxin species and contamination degree in pig feed and raw materials of pig farms in Fujian province,this study selected a scale pig farm in Xiamen,and evaluated the detoxification effect of two detoxicants on mycotoxin and the effect of two detoxicants on growth performance of piglets.108 piglets aged about 60 days were randomly divided into three groups,A,B and C,with 36 piglets in each group.Group A was the blank control group,group B and group C were added 1 kg of mold killer Bai Mei Qing and 1 kg of new toxin treatment agent Mildew Qing.The results showed that the average daily gain of the C group(850g)was 12.58%higher than that of the B group(755g)and 16.40%in the A group(730g),and the difference among the groups was very significant.The ratio of meat to meat in C group was 2.11 and the ratio of 2.14 to A group was obviously improved;the ratio of meat to meat in B group and C group was not significant.In order to further explore the effect of the new type of toxin treatment agent in Yueqing on the immune antibody level of swine fever,72 groups of weanling pigs,about 28 days of age and close to weight,were divided into 3 groups,the 1kg group and the 2kg group.Blood samples were taken on the 0th,14th and 42nd days after weaning to detect the levels of IgA and IgG in serum and the level of antibody against classical swine fever.The study showed that fourteenth days and 42 days after weaning,the content of serum IgA and IgG in the serum of mildew Yueqing 1kg group was higher than that of 2kg addition group in moldy Yueqing(P<0.05),and the final survival rate of 1kg addition group in mildew Yueqing was better than that of the control group and 2kg group.The percentage of anti-classical swine fever antibody protection was 85.71%,95.83%and 95.65%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the treatment group with mildew-thalidomide increased by 11.97%.In summary,the harm of mycotoxins to pig feed in our provine can be widespread.The growth performance and immune function of piglets can be improved by a new mycotoxin treatment agent with comprehensive treatment ability.It is necessary to formulate comprehensive protective measures against mycotoxins. |
