This experiment studied the effect of soil nutrient,phosphorus fractions,rape yield by 4 kinds of phosphate fertilizers(calcium hydrogen phosphate,superphosphate,diammonium phosphate,chicken manure)in the reclaimed soil around the subsided land resulting from coal-mine,discuss the influence mechanism,the results showed that:(1)Different phosphorus treatments improved soil organic matter and nutrient content,the organic matter increased by 1.08%-11.1%compared with the control treatment,the effect of chicken manure was most obvious,and calcium phosphate was not.The increase of total nitrogen in soil was not significant,alkali nitrogen content of diammonium phosphate was highest(increase by 12.2%),the content of chicken manure was low.The total phosphorus in the soil increased by 9.0%-21.2%,and the available phosphorus increased by 12.2%-43.0%.The content of total phosphoruscalcium hydrogen phosphate was highest,there was no significant difference in fertilization treatment.Avail P of superphosphate treatment was highest,the effect of diammonium phosphate was second.The total potassium in soil increased by 5.45%-9.33%,and there was no significant difference in fertilization treatment.Avail P content improved 2.3%-12.3%,The content of calcium superphosphate was the highest and was significantly different from the other treatment.The alkali hydrolysable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the treatment of chicken manure should be lower than the treatment of inorganic fertilizer.(2)The soil enzyme activity was obviously improved by different phosphate fertilizer treatments.Catalase increased 8.5%-22.2%and urease increased 9.7%-12.2%.The effect of SSP treatment was the most significant.Phosphatase activity increased by 5.5%-21.8%,and the effect of diammonium phosphate and SSP was significant.(3)The amount of soil microorganism was obviously increased by different fertilization treatments.The bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes improed by 14.2%-40.6%,16.7%-33.3%and 6.67%-15.56%,respectively.The increase of chicken manure was the most obvious,and the difference was significant with the other treatment.The inorganic phosphorus bacteria and organophosphorus bacteria in soil increased 13.3%-36.6%,6.1%-27.3%,organophosphorus bacteria ofchicken manure and ammonium phosphate were higher.(4)The effects of different phosphate fertilizer treatments on soil inorganic phosphorus components were different.The soil Ca2-P and Cas-P increased 10.2-24.4%and 8.0-17.5%,and the effect of ammonium phosphate was significant.Al-P increased by 4.3-14.4%,and the effect of calcium superphosphate treatment was remarkable.The effect of diammonium phosphate and Superphosphate on the improvement of Fe-P was obvious.The measurement of Ca10-P and O-P of calcium hydrogen phosphate was the largest,but there was no significant difference from the other treatments.(5)the effects of different phosphate fertilizer treatments on soil organic phosphorus components were different.Labile organic phosphorous and Moderately labile organic phosphorous increased by 3.5-32.8%and 9.1-15.2%compared with the control.The treatment effect of organic fertilizer,superphosphate and diammonium hydrogen phosphate were all obvious,and the effect of calcium hydrogen phosphate treatment was poor.Moderately stable organic phosphorous was increased by 4.4-7.1%,and the treatment of calcium hydrogen phosphate was higher than that of the other treatments.Highly stable organic phosphorous increased 14.2-18.6%,and there was no significant difference in fertilization treatment.(6)The fresh weight and plant height of rapeseed increased 8.08%-31.1%and 12.4%-38.2%respectively compared with the control,and the plant height and fresh weight were higher in the treatment of dihydrogen phosphate and superphosphate.The total phosphorus increased by 4.5-13.6%,and the content of superphosphate,diammonium hydrogen phosphate and chicken manure was higher.There was a significant difference between the fertilization treatments and the control.The effect of calcium hydrogen phosphate was not significant.The difference of total nitrogen and total potassium were not significant between the fertilization treatments.
