In recent years,the rapid development of China's animal industry has greatly meet people's demand for animal origin food,such as meat,eggs,milk.At the same time,the safety of food has gradually become a topic of concern,and the most important problem is that animal origin food contains veterinary drug residues or is contaminated by pathogenic microorganisms.According to the "Taizhou City Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Risk Monitoring Implementation Plan" in and the current sampling standards of various animal foods,this study selected pork,chicken,eggs,fresh milk as the monitoring objects,and analyzed the common antimicrobial drug residues in animal origin foods.In accordance with the pork sampling standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2004(NY/T763),this study selected two slaughterhouses in Hailing District and Jiangyan District of Taizhou City to get 80 pork samples.According to the“Sampling Standards for Non-polluting Agricultural Products,Livestock and Poultry Products"(NY/T5344.6),Hailing,Jiangyan,Gaogang and Medical High-tech Zone were selected for the sample collection of poultry meat and eggs.According to the“Sampling Method of Fresh Milk" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture,100 samples of fresh milk were sampled from dairy farms in Hailing District,Gaogang District and Jiangyan District of Taizhou City.Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was used to detect the residues of five sulfonamides(SAs)in pork and poultry samples,including sulfamethazine(SDM),sulfamethazine(SMM),sulfamethazine(SM2),sulfamethoxazole(SMZ),sulfaquinoxine(SQ),and eight fluoroquinolones(FQNs),including ciprofloxacin.CIP,NOR,SAR,PEF,OFL,ENR,LOM and Danofloxacin.SAs and FQNs antibiotics were not detected in the samples,and the qualified rate was 100%.The residues of eight fluoroquinolones antibiotics(FQNs)and furazolidone metabolites(AOZ)in egg samples were detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).Only part of fluoroquinolones(FQNs)were detected in the fifth egg sample in the second quarter.The qualified rate of fluoroquinolones(FQNs)was 96.9%in 2017,and furazolidone metabolites(AOZ)were not detected.Four tetracyclines(TCs),oxytetracycline(OTC),tetracycline(TC),doxycycline(DOC)and chlortetracycline(CTC),were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).No tetracycline(TCs)was detected in fresh milk samples.This study found that sulfonamides(SAs),furazolidone metabolites(AOZ)and tetracycline antibiotics(TCs)in meat,eggs and milk in Taizhou were not detected,indicating that antimicrobial residue in animal edible tissues and animal products in Taizhou had been controlled.However,fluoroquinolones(FQNs)were detected occasionally,indicating that non-standard drug use and secondary contamination of drug residues was still a problem.
