| In this paper,the present situation and the main diseases were investigated in a sheep farm in the village of Mulei County,and the preventive measures were put forward.Secondly,the heart,liver,spleen and lung tissue samples were taken,Then the selection of a dominant bacteria for purification,the separation of bacteria for Gram,Wright’s staining,and then identified by physiological and biochemical reactions.Finally,the lambs were fed with the Bacillus subtilis additive to evaluate the effect of Bacillus subtilis on the diarrhea of lambs in the control of diarrhea and the growth and development of lambs.The growth of lambs in Bacillus subtilis was also explored performance in order to use the Bacillus subtilis to provide new technology in lamb production.The results of the study are:The total number of lambs was analyzed by statistical analysis,and the survival rates of the four lap lambs were 84.42%、87.97%、75.73%、87.73%.The lamb mortality rate accounted for 64.26%,8.00%,4.90%and 0.59%of the total mortality rate of the lambs.The results showed that the mortality rate of the lambs accounted for the total mortality rate of the lambs,and the mortality rate of the lambs caused by the lambs’diarrhea,pneumonia,lamb choking and lamb constipation.This shows lamb diarrhea is accounted for more than 60%of the total number of lamb deaths,lamb diarrhea is main common multiple disease to the farm has brought significant losses.The level of disease prevention and control of this firm is ordinaray which could not be timely and effectively treat lamb diseases.One of the dominant bacteria isolated from the dead lamb and had a strong lethal effect on mice,Gram stain,Wright’s staining and physiological and biochemical identification showed that the pathogen was Pasteurella.The results of antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that the sensitivity of ceftazidime.The results of the test of feeding Bacillus subtilis lambs against diarrhea showed that the addition of Bacillus subtilis solution to lambs significantly reduced the probability of diarrhea,and the effect of using Bacillus subtilis as an additive on the growth of lambs was not significant.The growth performance of lambs showed that when the dosage of Bacillus subtilis was 5×109 in each lamb,the feeding rate of lambs was better than that of the control group,so the Bacillus subtilis had a remarkable effect on improving the feeding rate of the lambs.The physical and chemical indexes of lamb’s blood showed that the results of test group was better than the control group,and the test group 2 was the best one,and the middle dosage was5×10~9 in each one. |
