The Effects Of Different Protein Source In Diets On Piglets Growth Performance

The experiments was to study the effects of the replacement of Plasma protein powder by Protein Hydrolysate from Wheat in piglet preweaning feed and the effects of the replacement of fish meal and Soybean meal by Rice protein powder in nursery stock in Piglet.1、the effects of the replacement of Plasma protein powder by Protein Hydrolysate from Wheat in preweaning feed in piglet.15 newborn piglets(10-15 pigs per litter)with similar delivery period,litter size and parity,were randomly divided into 3 groups,each group sets 5 litters.Beginning from the eighth day postpartum phagostimulating piglets,weaned at 21 days,official trial period begins at the start of the weaning to the end of the 7 day after weaning(21d～27d).Feed diets for each treatment gose that the control group was fed basal diet(4%Plasma protein powder+0%Protein Hydrolysate from Wheat),Test group Ⅰ(2%Plasma protein powder+2%Protein Hydrolysate from Wheat),Test group Ⅱ(0%Plasma protein powder+4%Protein Hydrolysate from Wheat).Results show:The impact of the replacement of Plasma protein powder by Protein Hydrolysate from Wheat on the growth performance of piglet is not serious.The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in serum of piglets can be improved by Protein Hydrolysate from Wheat substitutes for Plasma protein,Especially in improving the levels ofIgG(P<0.05).It can also reduce the serum urea nitrogen content.Considering the growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of piglets,the appropriate proportion of wheat protein hydrolysate in preweaning feed was about 4%.2、the effects of the replacement of fish meal and Soybean meal by Rice protein powder in nursery stock in Piglet.250(Duroc×Landrace×Large White)Weaned piglets at the age of 28±2d with similar weight were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group sets 5 times replication and each replication with 10 pigs.Feed diets for each treatment gose that the control group was fed basal diet(15%soybean meal +2%fishmeal+0%rice protein powder),Test group I(15%soybean meal +0%fishmeal+2%rice protein powder),Test group II(13%soybean meal+0%fishmeal+4%rice protein powder),Test groupⅢ(11%soybean meal+0%fishmeal+6%rice protein powder),Test group Ⅳ(9%soybean meal +0%fishmeal+8%rice protein powder).Results show:The difference of production performance between the test groups was not significant,the replacement of fishmeal and 2%Soybean meal by Rice protein powder(Test group II)can increase the average daily gain(ADG)and decrease the feed/gain(F/G);the replacement of fish meal and Soybean meal by Rice protein powder in nursery stock also can improve the content of immunoglobulin IgA significantly(P<0.05).Considering the growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of piglets,rice protein powder can replace 2%fishmeal and 2～4%soybean meal in nursery stock at the same time.
