Hengshui area is located in the central Hebei plain.Animal husbandry is one of its main industries. The quality of food can meet the people’s living needs only if it is getting higher and higher. In view of the indispensable importance of various chicken products in the dietary structure of people, the rapid development of commercial chickens has been accelerated, and veterinary medicine industry as a major development of chicken industry. It is more and more important to ensure the healthy development of the breeding industry. With the wide application of veterinary drugs and the attention to food safety, veterinary drug residues in chicken products have attracted widespread attention all over the country and the world. Many countries and international organizations in the world have also adopted the veterinary drugs according to local conditions.Taking Hengshui City of Hebei Province as the background, this study investigated, visited and exchanged the usage of veterinary drugs in commercial chickens during the production and breeding process.1.Through the follow-up survey of 13 large-scale chicken farms and 77 farmers,we know that chloramphenicol drugs have been banned. However, tetracyclines, quinolones and sulfonamides have become the most commonly used antibiotics in each chicken farm, and more serious chicken farms will have repeated and excessive phenomena in a single feeding cycle. The frequencies of the three drugs were105.5,52.7and 67.3 respectively. The only difference was whether the breeders carefully followed the rules and regulations of the withdrawal period.Tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics,as the most commonly used veterinary drug products, are widely used in chickens. They are different in age, season, epidemic situation, prevention and treatment purposes, administration methods, veterinary drug manufacturers, withdrawal period and dosage, resulting in different levels of drug residues in chicken meat,or even exceed the standard, threatening food safety.Endangering human health.2.Thirteen large-scale chicken farms and 77 farmers were sampled randomly.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect3.the contents of tetracyclines, quinolones and sulfonamides residues in chicken meat and eggs when they were released or laying eggs. The residue rate of tetracycline antibiotics was as high as 56.1.Four samples whose residues exceeded the national limit of 200 ppb accounted for 9.8%.(2)The residue rate of quinolone antibiotics was as high as 66.2.There were 77 samples with residues, but none of them exceeded the national limit of 200 ppb.(3)The residue rate of sulfonamide antibiotics was 89.6.The total number of samples with residue was 67,which exceeded the national standard of 2.From the data can be seen: tetracyclines, quinolones, sulfonamides are widely used in the development of chicken industry, must be used rationally.4.In order to effectively control the drug residues in chicken products, the key control points were strictly controlled during the use of quinolones, tetracyclines and sulfonamides antibiotics, and the ratio of drug residues before and after the use of key control points was compared. The results showed that the ratio of tetracyclines antibiotics without drug residues increased from 43.3 to 96.7,and quinolones antibiotics without drug residues.Drug residue ratio increased from 36.7 to 100.0,and non-sulfonamide residue ratio increased from 26.7 to 100.Before and after this test, the effect is obvious enough to prove the effectiveness of the key control points.
