The main object of this paper is the transplanting mechanism of the one-wheeled rice transplanter.Domestic and foreign enterprises mainly choose crank rocker type for the transmission mode of transplanting mechanism,and there are still many problems in optimizing their performance.Aiming at the irrationality of its substitutability mechanism,this paper presented a new type of independent picking-arm for separate-planting mechanism with crank-rocker.This design not only met the working performance of the pick-up and transplanting stages of the crank,but also met the requirements of the contemporary agriculture.Based on the structural optimization,this paper made theoretical research on the end point trajectory of the seedling extender and established the corresponding objective function,combined with modern computer-aided analysis techniques to optimize the design,kinematics simulation,prototyping prototype,design experiments,etc.,the specific contents are as follows:(1)The research status at home and abroad was analyzed and the significance of the research was elaborated.Through comparative analysis,this paper discussed the selection and structure optimization design of the transplanting mechanism of the one-wheeled rice transplanter,and elaborated the optimization design principle and machine design scheme of the transplanter insertion mechanism in detail.(2)In-depth study of the movement path of the insertion and removal mechanism,this paper listed a series of substitutural mechanism needle movement trajectory need to meet the constraints based on the requirements of agriculture.(3)Combined with modern design method,SolidWorks was used to realize the modeling of three-dimensional entities.The optimal parameters were imported into ADAMS software to establish the virtual prototype for simulation analysis.The validity of the virtual prototype was verified by obtaining the motion parameters of seedling trajectory,velocity and acceleration.(4)This paper made a prototype,and designed the prototype experiment and whole field experiment based on the research results of the full text.
