| In order to screen out microbial agents that promote the efficient fermentation of chicken manure straw.In this study,composting was used to study Wobao bacterial agents,Qingdao bacterial agents,Hebi bacterial agents,nner Mongolia liquid Inner Mongolia,Nongda(homemade),EM The effects of six different bacterial agents,on the fermentation efficiency of chicken manure straw,and the actinomycetes and their fertilizer efficiency in the high temperature stage of products with good fermentation and decomposing effect were studied.The results were as follows:(1)The addition of microbial agents was beneficial to the composting of compost products.Among them,the treatment of T6,T7 added Nongda bacterial agents(homemade),EM bacteria agent was better.Two kinds of inoculants accelerated the time that the body reached 50°C,which was twelve days earlier than that of the control.The duration of the high temperature was prolonged by eight days compared with the control,and both of them satisfied the harmless requirements of the compost.The two agents increased the germination index of seeds,the mortality rate of maggot eggs,the degradation rate of organic matter,and the rate of C/N reduction,which was beneficial to the dehydration of the body,accelerated the fixation and nitrification of nitrogen,reduced the loss of nitrogen,and had the effect of maintaining phosphorus.Potassium,but it had little effect on pH.(2)High-temperature actinomycetes were isolated and screened from the compost products with T6,T7 50°C,55°C and 60°C temperature ranges,and among them were selected five strains with strong ability to degrade finally,they were four strains of Streptomyces sp.belonged to the high-temperature actinomycetes,and only one strain belonged to the genus Thermoactiomyces sp(HF-12).(3)Bio-organic fertilizer could significantly increase the yield of vegetables and improve the quality of vegetables.The application of bio-organic fertilizer on the number of leaves of the vegetables,leaf plumpness,leaf width,color and yield was much better than single application of chemical fertilizer treatment.At the same time,bio-organic fertilizer could reduce the content of nitrite in vegetables,increase the content of soluble sugar and vitamin C in vegetables,and it was also superior to single-fertilizer treatment in the accumulation of total phosphorus and total potassium.It could be seen that bio-organic fertilizer could effectively in-crease the edible vitamin C content and soluble sugar content of vegetables and reduce the harmful nitrite content.Through the analysis of the results,there was no significant difference between the bio-organic fertilizer treatments,indicating that the tested organic fertilizers had similar effects on growth performance,yield,and quality of the vegetables. |
