| (1)In order to explore the effects of Mongolian medicine on intestinal micro-flora and mood-related intestinal hormones and neurotransmitters,researches have been made to find the effects of Mongolian veterinary drugs and koumiss probiotic nisin pre screened effective treatment of calf diarrhea on emotions related hormones,nerve transmitters and behavior in brain,intestines,blood of diarrhea mice infected with Escherichia coli-.Exploring endocrine and brain gut microbes on the intestinal mucosa is used to investigate the gut brain.With the assistance of some mental treatment,Mongolian medicine and probiotics are used to improve mood.Therefore,the "Babu-7" and its effective components and nisin were used to feed 3 groups of mice.At the same time,negative control group with water and positive control group with Ciprofloxacin were established.The fifth D inoculated with pathogenic Escherichia coli.Drugs were fed continuously.Mice behavior was observed at 0 h,24 h,48 h,72 h,and related neurotransmitters and hormones in the brain,blood and guts at 0 h,72 h after inoculation with ELISA.The results showed as follows: Take medicines could make significantly improve the content of 5-HT in brain,blood and the intestinal of each group mice infected with Escherichia coli,and let 5-HT in duodenum,ileum and blood were significantly increased than that of the negative control group(P< 0.05).Although 5-HT of the medicines treatment group in duodenum increased several times,only it was increased significantly in the brain of the Mongolian compound treated group at 72 h except antibiotics(P< 0.05).That demonstrated,the medicines could break the balance of 5-HT in the gut.Antibiotics and Mongolian medicine can respectively make 5-HT increasein the brain of mice infected with E.coli companied with the increase of intestinal 5-HT.(P< 0.05).(2)The medicines treatment improved the blood and brain dopamine of normal mice(P< 0.05),but lower the content in the intestine;Mongolian compound and its components and nisin improved DA in blood,brain,and in various intestinal segments of mice infected with Escherichia coli(P< 0.05).That means the content of DA increased significantly in brain and blood of mice was companied with it largely improved in the duodenum.The Mongolian medicine and nisin made EP in brain and blood of mice at 0 h,72 h increase significantly or not than that of the negative control group and antibiotics group(P< 0.05)with the body’s alertness improved.It demonstrated Mongolian medicine and bacteriocin could increase the excitability of central nervous system,increase alertness.(3)According to the concentration of mouse blood hormone,Mongolian medicine and its composition and the nisin caused GH of mice intestinal ups and downs,However,GH has no significantly change in the brain except nisin group at 0 h,it has the decreasing trend in blood.Mongolian medicine and its components and nisin decreased T3 significantly in the blood,brain,ileum,jejunum(P< 0.05).Mongolian medicine and its components made T4 in blood is significantly higher than that of the negative control group,but the Mongolian medicine and its components and nisin made T4 in brain is significantly lower than that of the negative control group and antibiotics group(P < 0.05).The ACTH of Mongolian medicine and nisin groups had no significant changes in the blood and brain,but the antibiotics increased ACTH in brain and blood significantly(P< 0 5).However,in addition to GC in blood of nisin at 72 h,blood of Mongolian medicine group at 0 h,jejunum of antibiotic group at 0 h and 72 h that was significantly higher than that of the negative control group(P< 0.05),the concentration of GC in each group of brain and intestine was significantly lower than that of the negative control group(P< 0.05).That’s to say,the Mongolian medicine and its component compounds and the nisin made the glucose-increasing hormones and sugar metabolism of brain and blood have decreasing trend except EP,make the central nervous system tend to be stable,and reduce the stress response caused by bacteria.(4)The nisin,effective ingredients and Mongolian medicine compound can significantly improve the number of helpful bacteria of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in intestines of mice infected with E.coli,and significantly reduce the number of harmful bacteria of Enterobacter and Enterococcus(P< 0.05).(5)At 0 h,exploratory behavior of the effective components and Mongolian compound group was significantly lower than the antibiotics group(P<0.05).The foraging behavior of Mongolian compound group was significantly higher than that of antibiotic group(P<0.05).At 0h fighting behavior of Mongolian compound was significantly higher than that of the antibiotic group(P<0.05).Anxiety behavior of Mongolian medicine group mice at 24 h was strengthened,However,with the time of drug effect of prolonged,the the anxiety of Mongolian medicine compound group alleviate and gradually reduce,and significantly lower than the antibiotics group(P<0.05).Nisin the made Depression Behavior of mice was significantly lower than the antibiotics group(P<0.05).The results were in conformity with the changes of emotions and stress related hormones.Conclusion: Mongolian medicine and its composition and the nisin could increase the monoamine neurotransmitters in brain and optimize emotion,make the glucose-increasing hormone and sugar metabolism decrease,make the excitability of the central nervous system tend to be stable,reduce the stress caused by bacteria,and reduce bad behaviors. |
