Study On Pharmacological And Toxicological Of JianPiKaiWeiHeJi

In recent years,chicken proventriculitis disease has become a major obstacle aquaculture production,which the risk of viral proventriculitis is particularly serious.The diseaseded chickens were mainly characterized by depressed spirit,decreased feed intake,low feed conversion rate(undigested feed pellets visible in feces),diarrhea,impaired growth and development,and immunosuppression.At present,the market medicine products used for the treatment of proventriculitis were focus on preventing peptic ulcer and intestinal inflammation,to control diarrhea.Problems of loss of appetite and low feed conversion rate have not been solved in a timely and effective manner,JianPiKaiWeiHeJi is a new veterinary product developed to deal with these issues,by conditioning or treatment of chicken proventriculitis.This experiment will be studied from the following three parts:First,the effect of JianPiKaiWeiHeJi on gastrointestinal motility,pepsin,and gastrointestinal hormones in rats.The gastric emptying test results in healthy rats showed that there was a significant difference between the doses of the JianPiKaiWeiHeJi different dosage groups and the saline control group(P <0.05).There was a significant differences between the 2 group(0.125 g/mL dose group)and other groups(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal motility enhancement and gastric emptying rate in spleen deficiency model rats showed that there was a significant differences between the 2 group(0.125 g/mL dose group)and other groups(P <0.05);The intestinal propulsion rate was inhibited,there was a significant differences between the 2 group(0.125 g/mL dose group)and the saline control group(P<0.05).The gastrin content and pepsin activity measured values showed that there was a significant difference between the 2 dose groups(0.125 g/mL dose group)and the normal saline control group(P<0.05).Second,the effect of JianPiKaiWeiHeJi on antioxidation ability and intestinal microstructure of rats with spleen deficiency.The results of the indicators of antioxidant capacity showed that there was a significant differences between the 2 group(0.125 g/mL dose group)and the saline control group(P<0.05).Observed sections showed that the length of intestinal villus was significantly increasing,and the crypts significantly shallower,there was a significant differences between the 2 group(0.125 g/mL dose group)and the saline control group(P<0.05).Third,the toxicological study of JianPiKaiWeiHeJi.The toxicology experimental results of JianPiKaiWei HeJi showed that in experimental animals,only animals exhibited delayed action,head and neck tremors,etc.in acute toxicity experiments,and they had endured at the end of the experiment.In the subacute toxicity test,the test animals had no obvious symptoms of poisoning.There was no significant difference in the detection index between the groups(P>0.05).No pathological changes were observed in pathological sections.The above shows that JianPiKaiWeiHeJi can effectively improve the level of gastrointestinal motility,regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones and pepsin,increase the antioxidant capacity of rats with spleen deficiency,and increase the length of intestinal villi and crypt thickness.Safe and efficient,non-toxic or extremely toxic.
