China is a big country for aquaculture and consumption.The rising demand for protein by the nation has boosted the market growth of fishery products.The intensification of environmental pollution has caused the deterioration of water bodies in aquaculture waters such as rivers,rivers,and seas.Aquaculture resources have drastically decreased,impeding the increase in total aquaculture production.In aquaculture technology,industrial aquaculture started relatively late.Most of the existing aquaculture rely on the traditional mode of experience,and the level of automation is relatively low.The labor intensity is high,and the aquaculture efficiency and quality are far inferior to the means of aquaculture.As a result,the total output of aquaculture in China cannot achieve a major breakthrough and it is difficult to meet people’s market demand for fishery products.For this reason,this article has carried out research on intelligent container Io T systems for aquaculture,raising the output and quality of aquaculture,and strengthening the safety of aquatic products.The main research content includes:(1)Design and develop aquaculture smart container Io T system.This paper analyzes the development status of aquaculture networking systems and water quality monitoring systems at home and abroad,establishes dissolved oxygen,water temperature and pH as the main measured water quality parameters,and obtains aquaculture water status.Determine that the aerator and feeder are controlled objects to achieve feeding and improve the dissolved oxygen concentration.Proposed the aquaculture smart container IoT system design plan.Based on the use of containers as a breeding environment,combined with the water quality monitoring subsystem,equipment control subsystem,video monitoring subsystem,cloud platform and mobile management software,a set of real-time acquisition,historical query,over-limit warning,and intelligence is designed and developed.Aquaculture smart container IoT system with functions such as control and remote control.(2)Design and develop a water quality monitoring subsystem.This article takes the water environment factor as the main monitoring object and establishes the aquaculture water quality monitoring subsystem.Select the control display integrated machine as the site terminal control host and touch display.The control unit reads the dissolved oxygen,temperature,and pH water quality data collected by the sensor module through the standard Modbus RTU communication protocol.After processing and invoking by the host,touch the touch screen to view the real-time water quality data,historical water quality data records,historical over-limit alarm records and real-time alarm prompts.(3)Design and develop intelligent control subsystems.In this paper,the aerator and the feeder are used as the control objects,and the relay is used as the controller to acquire the switch status of the aerator and the feeder in real time.The terminal or the remote manually delivers the control command,and the relay controls the aeration or feeder operation again.The terminal or remotely sets the automatic mode and the relay controls the aerator and feeder according to the established strategy.(4)Cloud server and mobile management software function design.The terminal uploads the water quality and terminal status data to the cloud server through the serial port server or the NB-IOT module.The mobile management software then accesses the cloud server to obtain data uploaded by the terminal and makes remote operation decisions based on the uploaded data.(5)Sensor online calibration.Verify the correctness of the sensing device calibration.The experimental results show that the response speed of field control and remote control can meet the control requirements and the calibration of the sensing device is correct.The aquaculture smart container IoT system has a good trial effect.
