| Alpinia Roxb.(Zingiberaceae)Plant has many important medicinal value,China has a large number of suitable for medicinal use of ginger germplasm resources.Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.Is known as one of the southern medicines,and there are many studies on medicinal value,but there are few studies on the introduction and cultivation of paternity.In this paper,the effects of different seed soaking treatments on seed germination,the effects of different storage methods on seed vigor and the effects of different temperature on seed germination were studied in this paper.the growth of seedlings in different habitats in guangzhou region.The main findings are as follows:(1)The seeds and seedlings of Guangdong,Guangxi and Hainan were collected and the orthogonal experiment of seed germination was designed by examining the literature,analyzing the specimens,analyzing,comparing and investigating the wild germplasm resources.The results showed that the germination rate was 88%(Guangdong Sanling Mountainproduction Alpinia oxyphylla),88%(Guangxi Yulin production Alpinia oxyphylla),and 90%(Hainan Wuzhishan Mountain production Alpinia oxyphylla),respectively,when the germination time was shorter and the germination relative concentration was about 30 ℃,and the GA concentration was 500 mg / L for 12 h.There was no significa nt difference in seed germination between the three places.(2)The use of 0.4% TCC water bath dyeing and TTC quantitative determination found that the shelf life is conducive to keep the seed: low temperature(2 ~ 3 ℃)moisturizing storage> low temperature storage> room temperature storage> room temperature storage> frozen(-5 ~-3℃)moisturizing storage> frozen storage,the low temperature moisturizing conditions conducive to the storage of Alpinia oxyphylla seeds.Alpinia oxyphylla in the low temperature storage conditions under short-term storage of up to 150 d for a long time.(3)According to the evaluation of the medicinal va lue of traditional Chinese medicine in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition and the general rule of the chemical of plant resources,the different parts of the medicinal plants have similar or identical chemical components.The volatile oil obtained by the distillation method has found that the different regions Puzzle fruit volatile oil content is different.Which the total volatile oil content of fruit: Guangxi production Alpinia oxyphylla> Hainan production Alpinia oxyphylla> Guangdong production Alpinia oxyphylla.The contents of total volatile oil in the stem of the three places were also different,and the total volatile oil content of the stem was positively correlated with the volatile oil content of the fruit.By rutin contrast determination methods of flavonoids content,it is found that different parts of the total flavonoids content in longan fruit,which respectively flavonoids content: guangxi to produce Alpinia Roxb than hainan puzzle and guangdong Alpinia Roxb production,total content of flavonoids and produce Alpinia Roxb fruit in hainan and guangdong produce longan fruit flavonoids content basically no difference.The flavonoids content of three parts of the puzzle stems also differ,which puzzle stems flavonoids content and longan fruit flavonoids content were positively correlated.(4)Through cultivation experiment,respectively in guangxi,guangdong,hainan three provenance in longan seedlings in forests,forest margins,open crown density respectively the three different habitat under cultivation,the results found that: in guangzhou area introduction guangxi longan in forest edge(shade density 50 ~ 90%)conditions grows best,high medicinal value.In forests(shade density 50% ~ 70%)environment introduction educational grow best in guangxi,but hainan educational medicinal value higher,crown density(shade density 0%)in the open ground environment three provenance puzzle no obvious difference in growth,and growth in the three worst performance in the environment. |
