Fipronil is a kind of phenyl pyrazole insecticide, which has a good effect to control rice pests, but it is more toxic to non-target organisms. In this paper,in order to detect the absorption of fipronil and glucose-fipronil in fish, earthworms and bees by using HPLC.The absorption and abundance and distribution of fipronil and glucose-fipronil in fish, earthworms and bees were studied. The effects of fipronil and glucose-fipronil on fish, earthworms and bees were also studied after addition of glucose, phlorizin and CCCP.The content of fipronil and glucose-fipronil in different tissues of fish were detected by HPLC.The content of fipronil and glucose-fipronil in the fish couldbe detected at 2 h.Fipronil and glucose-fipronil were both increased with time, reaching the highest at 8 h.Fipronil and glucose-fipronil were mainly distributed in the flesh of fish, and the content of fipronil in fish was significantly higher than that ofglucose-fipronil at the same time. This indicates that fipronil is modified by glycosylation and can reduce its accumulation in fish.In the addition of glucose, phlorizin and CCCP,it can significantly reduce the content of glucose-fipronil in fish, and the content of fipronil in the fish was little effect.Glucose, phlorizin and CCCP can inhibit the sugar transporter, and the addition of these inhibitors can inhibit the content of glucose-fipronil in the fish, indicating that the absorption of glucose-fipronil fipronil in fish need the transport protein.By detecting the content of fipronil and glucose-fipronil in earthworms,it was found that the content of fipronil and glucose-fipronil in earthworms increased with time.At the same time, the content of fipronil in the earthworms was significantly higher than tha t ofglucose-fipronil.which indicated that fipronil was glycosylated can reduce its accumulation in earthworms. The content of fipronil in earthworms in soil is higher than that in water, indicating that fipronil can enter the earthworms through earthworm walls and feeding. After the addition of glucose,it can significantly reduce the content of glucose-fipronil in the earthworm.and the effect of the content of fipronil is not significant. This indicates that glucose can inhibit glucose-fipronil into the earthworms,glucose-fipronil into the earthworms need sugar transporter protein.By detecting the changes and distribution of fipronil and glucose-fipronil in the bee,it was found that with the contain of fipronil and glucose-fipronil feedingto bee, fipronil and glucose-fipronilbegan to accumulate in the bee, reaching the maximum at 8h.As can be seen from the results,at the same time the content fipronil in the bee body was significantly higher than glucose-fipronil.This indicates that fipronil is modified by glycosylation can reduce its accumulation in the bees. After the addition of phlorizin and CCCP,it can significantly reduce the content of glucose-fipronil in honey bee,but little effect on the content of fipronil. This suggests that the addition of phlorizin and CCCP can inhibit the content of glucose-fipronil in bees, and the absorption of glucose-fipronilin bee need the transport protein. The penetration of fipronil and glucose-fipronil was studied by dripping method. As a result,it was found that fipronil could be measured in other tissues of bees and glucose-fipronil was measured only at the point of drip.it can not measured in other tissues of bees.It indicats that fipronil penetration is better than glucose-fipronil.The results of this study demonstrate that fipronil can be affected by glycosylation, which can affect its absorption, accumulation and penetration in fish, earthworms and bees, thereby reducing its toxicity to fish, earthworms and bees. This can provide a basis for reducing the toxicity of highly toxic pesticides by glycosylation.
