| Takin is a state-level key protected wild animals,There has been a continuous death of the takin in the Tangjiahe Nature Reserve since 2014 ~ 2016.The cause of death has been unclear.As the reserve fears its death is contagious,the population of the takin affecting the whole reserve may even be affected To their associated animals,such as giant panda,golden monkey population safety,especially the study,in order to determine whether due to certain pathogenic bacteria caused by death.A total of 158 visceral tissues and organs of 31 wild takin were collected from different periods of Tangjiahe Nature Reserve from 2014 to 2016.Among them,there were64 visceral tissues and organs collected in 2014,Seventy-one death takin were sent for inspection of visceral tissues and organs.In 2016,a total of 25 deaths were surveyed for 25 organs and organs.Through conventional culture,anaerobic culture,selection and other methods to separate and observe whether the purpose of bacteria and pathogenic bacteria,and then through biochemical identification,16 S rDNA sequence identification of isolates.According to the pathogenicity test of the pathogenic bacteria reported in the literature,the pathogenicity test is carried out to obtain the bacteria with strong pathogenicity,and then the clinical sensitive clinical result is given to guide the disease prevention and treatment of the wild takin data support.In this study,158 specimens from 31 samples of death takin submitted in Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve from 2014 to 2016 were identified for bacteriology.A total of 73 strains including 28 strains of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus were isolated,The isolated bacteria were screened by sterile defibrinated sheep blood plate and pathogenic and drug sensitive experiments were carried out on the isolated bacteria with obvious hemolysis(including α-hemolysis and β-hemolysis).Among them,17 strains of bacteria were isolated in 2014,of which 9 strains were pathogenic bacteria or opportunistic pathogens.Only partial Staphylococcus aureus was resistant to cefepime through partial bacterial susceptibility results;in 2015,11 strains of bacteria were collected Head death Takin 69 visceral tissue isolated 15 kinds of 39 bacteria,including pathogenic bacteria or pathogenic bacteria 8 species,through the susceptibility results showed that Staphylococcus aureus tetracycline,streptomycin,piperacillin With obvious drug resistance,Shigella sonnei and Klebsiella pneumoniae were moderately sensitive.In 2016,pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 25 visceral tissues and organs of 5 death takin,and8 kinds of 17 strains of bacteria were obtained.Pathogenic bacteria or conditions of which5 kinds of pathogens,through the drug susceptibility results showed that some bacteria appear multi-drug resistance,which Pseudomonas aeruginosa tetracycline,cefotaxime,cefuroxime resistance;Bowman does not move Bacillus coli piperacillin,norfloxacin,levofloxacin resistance;Bordetella bronchiseptica has a significant resistance to streptomycin.The results of bacterial isolation,identification and pathogenicity test showed that all the wild wild Takin in the Tangjiahe area had bacterial infection,but the annual number of Takin Of the microorganisms are basically non-repetitive.Only E.coli is a common bacterium,and other bacteria are distributed in a discrete manner.Therefore,the bacteriological reasons for the death of the takin can not be determined through the available data.Through some bacteria susceptibility tests showed that the spectrum of bacterial resistance is increasing,which needs to be given enough attention.In this study,from the bacteriological point of view,giving some data support to the diagnosis of the cause of the death of the wild takin provided a new way of thinking for the prevention and treatment of wild animal diseases in the future. |
