| Sugarcane has a long history of planting in China.There are a large number of sugarcane leaves and cane shoots abandoned in the sugarcane fields each year.The sugarcane leaves returning to field machine can smash these relics to the field.However,a t present,there are serious problems in the sugarcane field,such as serious implementation of the pressure in the sugarcane field,and the working environment is severe.Therefore,the development of a small field returning machine is beneficial to solving the current problems.Under the rapid development of information technology,intelligent control has not only been widely used in the industry,but also brought new opportunities for agricultural development.This paper studies and designs a control sys tem for small sugar cane returning machines.This text selects STC89C52 RC microcontroller as the core of the system,adopt wireless remote control as the control mode of the whole machine,it is convenient for users to operate.The main content of the article includes the following sections:(1)Determine the relevant parameters and models of the battery,the traveling motor,and the working motor by analyzing and calculating.According to the design requirements,24 V power supply is used,and in order to e nsure the stable center of gravity of the whole machine,8 lithium batteries are used to supply power;according to different working conditions,the force of the whole driving wheel during driving is analyzed and calculated,determined the drive motor’s power and output speed;according to the relevant machinery,determine the speed and power of the working motor.(2)Control system design and selection of BMS battery management system.According to the control requirements,design and determine the optimal control scheme and design of each circuit module,including the main control module,power supply module,remote control module and other peripheral circuits;complete the selection of some components in the circuit through theoretical calculation;complete the design and drawing of the schematic diagram and the PCB diagram with the software named Altium Designer.The simulation can be used to determine that the design scheme can meet the requirements.In the Keil uVision4 software,the programming of each module is completed,and the program is compiled to meet the design requirements.The physical layout of the designed PCB is completed,and the circuit board is manufactured and debugged.The result shows that the control scheme can meet the control requirements and realize the related functions.In the course of using the battery,there will be problems such as overcharge,over discharge,etc.In order to improve the reliability of the system and prolong the service life of the battery,the BMS battery management system is selected.According to the total voltage of the power supply,the number of batteries and the characteristics of the single cel s,complete the selection of the BMS battery management system.(3)The design and selection of the peripheral components of the control system.Peripheral components include aviation plugs and control boxes.The selection of aviation plugs is completed according to the size of the current at the connection terminals.The layout of the control box is based on the size of the remote control board and the circuit board,and complete the design of the control box.Draw the 2D map of the control box and complete the selection.Through the assembly verification of the entire system,it is confirmed that the aviation plug and the control box can meet the design requirements.(4)The climbing angle of the whole machine,the remote control distance,and the traveling speed and turning radius under different working conditions were tested.Through experiments,the field returning machine can climb over a slope of 20° and can adapt to the landform of the sugarcane field;the remote control distance is 75.4m,which can maintain a certain distance between the operator and the returning field machine and improve the operating environment of the operator;the concrete floor and the simulation under the conditions of the sugarcane field,the traveling speed of the field returning machine was 0.49 m/s and 0.47 m/s respectively,and the difference between the theoretical design value and 0.5 m/s was within an acceptable range. |
