| Currently,animal anesthesia is mainly used for capturing and transportation of wild animals,chemical restraint and small animal surgery,etc.Combined anesthesia is widely used in clinic due to its characteristics of safety and efficiency.Propofol isoflurane and Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ combined anesthesia are widely used in clinical anesthesia.There are many studies on single drugs at present,but few studies on the combined anesthesia of the above two drugs.This experiment has taken eight adult Chinese rural dogs as the objects of study,and recorded the influences of propofol intravenous injection inducing anesthesia compounded with isoflurane inhalation maintaining anesthesia and Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ combined intravenous anesthesia on anesthesia effects and physiological functions of the dogs,so as to analyze the clinical practicability of the two anesthesia methods,and to provide theoretical basis for the application of clinical anesthesia.The experiment was divided into two groups,Propofol isoflurane group and Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ group.Propofol isoflurane group: propofol intravenous injection inducing anesthesia and isoflurane inhalation maintaining anesthesia.Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ group: Zoletil and lumianning Ⅱ intravenous injection anesthesia.Before anesthesia,and 10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min,50 min and 60 min after anesthesia,small animal monitors were used to record the heart rates,blood oxygens,blood pressures,end-tidal carbon dioxides,respiration rates and body temperatures,and forelimb arm heads were conducted venous blood collection for blood cell counting analysis.Results: propofol compounded with isoflurane,Zoletil and lumianning Ⅱ anesthesia had rapid induction,smooth waking up,good analgesic,sedative and muscle relaxant effects,Zoletil and lumianning Ⅱ took longer time for waking up.The body temperatures of dogs with propofol isoflurane anesthesia were lowered significantly,Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ anesthesia had small effects on body temperature.Propofol isoflurane combined anesthesia could significantly reduce the number of white blood cells,Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ had small effects on the number of blood cells.The heart rates of dogs with propofol isoflurane combined anesthesia were increased,the heart rates of dogs with Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ combined anesthesia were lowered.The systolic pressures of dogs in propofol isoflurane group and Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ group were lowered,diastolic blood pressures and mean arterial pressures were not affected.Propofol isoflurane had no significant effect on respiratory rates of the dogs,the blood oxygen saturations were increased,Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ could inhibit the respiratory rates and reduce the blood oxygen saturations.Conclusion: The safety of propofol isoflurane is higher than that of Zoletil lumianning Ⅱ,especially in dogs with high body temperature,low heart rate and low blood oxygen. |
