The Lentinula edodes has high nutrition and medicinal value,and is also the largest edible fungus in China.At present,there are few studies on the effects of various mineral elements on growth and development of mushroom and economic traits,and there is no uniform standard for the addition of mineral elements.The experiment is guangxiang2044,L26m,Wu Xiang 1 three varieties of Lentinula edodes,sets the zinc,calcium,respectively to 5 concentration gradient,based on PDA medium medium cultivation hypha,is main cultivated with sawdust and bran,yield and quality of Lentinula edodes change and add elements of absorption differences.The main results of the experiment are as follows.1.When the concentration of Zn2+was 0.03mg/ml,the growth rate of mycelia was the highest,and the growth rate of mycelia was promoted by 0.1mg/ml of Ca2+ concentration,and inhibition was found in the L26m species when the Ca2+concentration was high.2.Zn2+concentration is 0.03 mg/ml,it reached the highest three varieties of mushroom mycelia biomass in Ca2+concentration is 0.1 mg/ml,wide incense and Wu Xiang 1,2044 varieties of reached the highest mycelial biomass in Ca2+concentration is 0.2 mg/ml,L26m varieties of mycelial biomass reached the highest.With Zn2+and calcium ion concentration increasing,the mycelium biomass have a downward trend in which suggest that Ca2+and Zn2+in the certain concentration range promote the mycelial biomass,above a certain concentration range will be suppressed.3.Compared with the control group,the water content of the three varieties of the zinc treatment group and the calcium treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The soluble sugar content of the three varieties was 1mg/g-2mg/g in Ca2+concentration,and the concentration of Zn2+was 0.2g/kg-0.4g/kg.L26m and the soluble protein content of Lentinula edodes varieties are Wu Xiang1 when Zn2+concentration is 0.2 mg/g to achieve the highest,and incense 2044 varieties in Zn2+concentration is 0.4 mg/g when it reached the highest protein content and three varieties in Ca2+concentration of 1 mg/g,the soluble protein content is highest.4.Three varieties under different minerals processing mushroom hypha finish kind of to the mature stage of carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme activity change trend,but there are some differences between different varieties,including wide incense and L26m 2044 varieties of zinc and calcium treatment under various stages of enzyme activity were higher than the control group,Wu Xiang around mushroom color phase1 variety,carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme activity is lower than the control group;The change tendency of hemicellulase activity in the whole culture was increased and then decreased.Lentinula edodes varieties of different mineral elements zinc,calcium will not affect the processing of hemicellulose change trend of enzyme activity,but its enzyme activity of high and low,the change with the variety of different has certain difference,The trend of the change of the amylase activity was the same as the change of the amylase activity of the three species.5.The concentration of Zn2+was 0.2mg/g,and the concentration of Ca2+was 0.5mg/g-1mg/g,which could increase the length of the Lentinula edodes stalk.When the concentration of Zn2+was 0.2mg/g and the calcium concentration was 1mg/g,the diameter of the Lentinula edodes was the highest.6.The yield of the three varieties was 7.8%,87.19%and 53.54%,when the concentration of Zn2+was 0.2mg/g-0.4mg/g.The yield was highest when the concentration of Ca2+was 0.5mg/g.It is 103.33g and 98.41g 109.28g respectively.The biological conversion rate and the yield change trend are consistent.7.The zinc and calcium content of three varieties of shiitake fruiting bodies increased with the increase of the concentration of mineral elements.The zinc content of the three varieties of Lentinula edodes was the highest in Zn2+concentration of 0.4mg/g-0.6mg/g,respectively 180,143 and 158 respectively.The calcium content of the three varieties of Lentinula edodes was the highest in Ca2+concentration of 0.5mg/g-2mg/g,respectively 283,203 and 183.8.According to the characteristics of the three varieties of shiitake,the optimum zinc content was 0.03mg/ml in the growth stage of mycelia of Lentinula edodes,and0.2mg/ml was added.The optimum dosage of zinc was 0.2mg/g,and the optimum amount of calcium was 0.5-1mg/g. |
