The production and quality of crops yield in greenhouses have a direct relationship to the water and nutrients they ingest during the growth,the research applies to fertigation control system will be beneficial to improve water and fertilizer use efficiency,reduce environmental pollution,lower costs,which is of great significance to achieve precise fertilization.Meanwhile,it lays the basis for the intensification large-scale intelligent protected agriculture.In order to improve the status quo of greenhouses irrigation fertilization,in this article,through consulting a large number of literature material and visiting investigation of greenhouse farmers,with the combination of the emerging Internet of things technology research.A Fertigation control system appeared,which is STM32 at the core with Internet-connected.Moreover,the operator can remote real-time order or operation.System has basic functions such as watering,fertilizing,cleaning,and can judge the need of water situation intelligently and drip irrigation automatically through monitoring environmental data in the greenhouse.In addition,according to crop species,the system can analyze various needed nutrients of crops and the proportion of absorption during crops growth stages to offer the feasible manuring gist and offer a scientific and effective fertilization plan for users.According to the FAO Penman-Monteith equation,a crop irrigation model was established to estimate the water demand of the crop,and finally the required drip irrigation time was obtained.Moreover,the system uses a soil testing method of nutrient balance method to calculate the crop fertilizer requirement and combines with the characteristics of absorptive fertilizer proportion during crops growth stages to fertilize intelligently with the way of smaller,more frequent fertilization.The design of Fertigation control system is composed of two parts: shop floor control facility and back-stage management system.The shop floor control facility set a structure with light industrial aluminum materials,which is simple construction with small volume and floor area.The underlying hardware system consists of STM32F4IGT6 master controller,touch screen,relays and all kinds of sensors.It can display real-time information of facility and greenhouse through touch screen and operate on the interface.Back-stage management system can collect and record information of spot control equipment.Besides,it can also remote real-time order or operation.After testing fertigation control system,every function achieved the anticipated goal.It satisfies the demand of greenhouse fertigation.Besides,there is a conclusion of fertigation control system and improving direction and measures in the article.
