Construction And Application Of Provincial Agricultural Products Rapid Detection Information Service Platform

The quality and safety of agricultural products is a major issue that affects people’s livelihood.In the 19 National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping highlighted the implementation of the food safety strategy.The rapid detection of agricultural products(short for rapid detection of agricultural products)as an important measure of quality supervision of agricultural products is conducive to the formation of an effective forcereversing mechanism and the implementation of the responsibility of production and management entities.However,at present,China has not issued uniform standards to standardize the use of rapid-check equipment,resulting in a wide variety of rapid-check equipment on the market,resulting in autonomy,multi-source,as well heterogeneous phenomena of agricultural product rapid-check data,consequently,failure to achieve resource sharing.Therefore,establishing a unified data sharing platform is particularly important.This article combines the needs of the construction of people’s livelihood projects in Anhui Province and the above problems,building a provincial-level rapid detection information service platform for agricultural products,which is of great significance to the quality supervision of agricultural products.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Based on the investigation of demand for agricultural products in Anhui province,the overall design of the provincial platform was completed.Based on the research on the present situation of the rapid detection system of agricultural products in Anhui Province,specifically analyzed issues such as the inconsistency of data standards and the difficulty of global information application in agricultural product rapid detection,moreover,constructed the overall structure of provincial platform according to user needs,on this basis,the functional modules and database of the platform are set up in detail.Provide for the construction of the platform basis.(2)Conducted key technology research and realized the function of the platform.Based on the design of the platform functional module,the data integration technology based on RESTful WebService was applied,the province’s user classification and coding scheme was formulated,Meanwhile,the basic information of the province’s detection stations was collected in combination with the Web crawler technology.In addition data exchange mechanism based on JSON was proposed to seamlessly interconnect all township dectection stations across the province.Furthermore,on the basis of resource integration,use data visualization technology,developed data statistics,data monitoring and data contrast multiview visual theme to comprehensively and dynamically monitor the province’s agricultural product quality safety conditions.(3)The “provincial agricultural products rapid detection information service platform” was constructed and applied practically.Based on the analysis of the overall functional requirements of the platform,developed four modules: basic data management,data reporting,analysis and monitoring,and system construction,breaking the island-like distribution of different rapid detection systems.At the same time,it has formulated a privilege control mechanism for object classification to achieve a four-level supervision system for provinces,cities,districts(counties)and townships.The successful application of provincial agricultural products rapid detection information service platform has greatly promoted the standardization of township inspection stations,provided timely and accurate basis for the rapid processing and scientific decision-making of the supervisory departments,What is more,provided strong support and guarantee for the quality and safety source control of agricultural products.
