| Most forest land in Northeast China,in recent years forest tending job becomes a major operation,and one of the dominant forest tending operations is the focus of shrubberies which grow among the trees in the forest region.Regular cutting and trimming of bushes in the forest region can improve woodland environment,promote the growth of trees.The total area of the Shrub is approximately 45.3 million hm2,accounting for about 16%of the country’s total forest area.Shrubs have strong adaptability to forest environment.According to shrub own growth characteristics,when growing to 3~5a,generally shrubs need to be conducted a cutting operation.Our existing bush cutting methods are mostly artificial cutting and most bush cutting instruments are side-mount or backpack bush cutting devices.we found that when using the above ways and with the equipment for cutting irrigation,shrubs are easy to topple towards the cutting direction,on account of its smaller diameter and soft branches.During the operation,this phenomenon will hurt the roots of shrubs and reduce the quality of the cut end surface,thereby affecting the bush rejuvenation,reducing bush growth quality and affecting the forest environment.Therefore,this article conducts studies on the basis of shrubs cutting features and designs a new type of virtual bush harvesting means to resolve the problems which the above mentioned bush side down phenomenon brings about.This paper first,by way of experiment,studies shrubs samples collected by Ma Yongshun from experimental forest and then measure and calculate the corresponding physical and mechanical parameters,determine characteristics of the job object of the proposed design cutting device,which can set the foundation for the structure and design parameters;according to the operating environment,the small side of the proposed anti-bush cutting down the overall design parameters of the device is calculated and set;based on overall designed structure and the whole set of parameters,the completion of chassis mechanism,arm mechanism set against side down brush head body structure and structural parameters;after the structure and lattice parameter in determining the overall organization and the use of PRO/E5.0 design module to build a small anti-side down brush cutter means each member three-dimensional model,and complete the whole assembly;after the member with the overall design and assembly is completed,calculate important technical parameters of the hydraulic components of the whole apparatus required and in accordance with the parameter values calculated to determine the type of each hydraulic components;finally according to the model-determined hydraulic components and related operating parameters,finalized to provide power for the entire hydraulic system pump models.Complete the virtual design of small anti-side bush cutting device. |
