Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Of Shrimp Aquaculture In Gangkou Town Of Zhongshan City

Gangkou town is the largest origin place of South American shrimp and macrobrachium rosenbergii in Zhongshan city with its large production area and high yield.However,there are also some outstanding quality and safety issues such as serious pollution of the aquatic environment and drug residues in the aquaculture process.China has no research on shrimp aquaculture safety in Gangkou towns yet.The purpose of this paper is to make up for this research blank and to study the current situation and problems of shrimp aquaculture in this town.In this paper,we follow the research ideas of raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.This paper is divided into seven parts;the first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of this paper,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and technical routes as well as research innovation and deficiencies.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis.In this part,the author firstly introduces some related concepts such as shrimp aquaculture,environmental pollution and food safety,then summarizes the food safety economics theory,critical point control of hazard analysis and other relevant theories,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the research in this paper.The third part is the present situation of shrimp aquaculture in Gangkou town of Zhongshan.This part firstly introduces the overview of shrimp aquaculture in Gangkou town,including its scale,distributions and types,etc.,and then refers to the leading enterprises selling shrimp products in Gangkou town and related technical support.The fourth part is the safety issues and cause analysis of the shrimp aquaculture in Gangkou town,Zhongshan city.On safety issues,Gangkou town is currently faced with environmental pollution,unreasonable aquaculture pattern,fishery drugs abuse and residue,imperfect government regulatory system,shortage of technical support in shrimp aquaculture.All of these problems are mainly caused by serious water pollution,low quality of breeders,non-standard delivery of feed and fishery drugs.The fifth chapter is domestic experience,and summarizes and analyzes the practices and experiences of shrimp culture in other parts of China.The sixth part is the advice on the safety of shrimp aquaculture in Gangkou town of Zhongshan city.In view of the existing problems,this paper proposes four suggestions.The first is to clarify the responsibilities of the supervision departmentand perfect the supervision and tracing system;The second is to strengthen the control of natural water pollution and ensure the safety of water utilization for shrimp aquaculture;The third is to strengthen the control and management of self-pollution of shrimp aquaculture;The fourth is to improve the shrimp aquaculture service system and avoid the risk of aquaculture.The last part is the conclusion.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some reference for the research of other shrimp aquaculture safety issues.
