Study On Sustainable Development Of Grassland Ecology In Heilongjiang Province

Since human beings began to realize the importance of protecting the environment,they have been discussing the relationship between economic and social development and the protection of the environment.The subjects of ecological economy include environmental protection and economic and social development.As the core of ecological economy,the relationship between them is the relationship between them.Ecological environment protection and economic development can not be mutually core development,and it is a prominent problem facing the ecological and economic development of pastoral areas in Heilongjiang.The mode of harmonious development of economic development and ecological environment is the mode of sustainable development,and the ecological environment should be adapted to the development of economy and society.This is the concept of Scientific Outlook on Development.Based on this,the only way to develop the eco economy is to change the traditional economic model into a sustainable development model.In view of this,two layers of Heilongjiang pastoral ecological economy development from the economic and social development and protect the environment,ecological animal husbandry,ecological tourism and ecological agriculture development,and at the same time,comprehensive management,scientific development of saline alkali soil beach,grassland area of strict control measures combined to ensure the sustainable development of Heilongjiang grassland ecology.The development of eco economy in pastoral areas of Heilongjiang includes two aspects,namely,developing the economy on the one hand and protecting the ecology on the other.In order to realize the sustainable development of ecological economy,at the political level,the government should give policy support;the economy,not only to adjust the traditional industrial structure at the same time,given the development of characteristic economy,control of animal husbandry production efforts;the level of culture,local sustainable development concept and the concept of environmental protection should be strengthened.Everywhere there is the coupling effect of economic development and ecological environment,however,different places,different ways,different meanings.The course of this study,in the analysis of concept,analyzing the problem and solving the problem of limitation of the process,especially on the protection of ecological environment in addition to people outside the protection of biological groups,improved research,pastoral life herdsmen's life quality improvement is not enough,therefore,need further improvement.The development of Heilongjiang pastoral grassland ecological economy in Scientific Outlook on Development and the concept of sustainable development under the guidance of strict control,strict control of pastoral land salinization,black beach degree in pastoral areas of Heilongjiang grassland desertification through scientific and reasonable measures to ensure the Heilongjiang pastoral grassland ecological economic development.However,the sustainable development of the pastoral areas in Heilongjiang has not really achieved.In order to ensure the grassland ecological economy and achieve sustainable development in Heilongjiang pastoral areas,we must give consideration to the protection of the environment and economic development.Temporary development does not achieve true sustainable development.
