| Any creature on earth will be hit by pathogens.When plant pathogens or perceived stress factors,there will be a corresponding response.How plant resistance to pathogen invasion gradually become people research hot spot.When the plant perceives a pathogen invasion,the relevant molecular patterns of the immune response in the cell are activated,which in turn is resistant to most of the disease.The next step of the disease causes the effect factor to interfere with the plant’s PTI,and the plant produces an R gene to block the effect.The effects of the pathogen and the plant R gene interact with each other to induce ETI.Elicitor can induce the resistance of plants.Elicitor are usually derived from organisms such as chitin,bacteria,and flg22.The elicitor is identified by the host,and through a series of signals,the plant gains resistance to the pathogenic bacteria,which manifests as the allergic reaction and stomatal closure of the plant.Chitin is an important component of the cell wall of the pathogen and is a pathogen-associated molecular pattern that induces the immune response of arabidopsis and rice.The arabidopsis receptor AtCERK1 transmits immune signals by forming the homo dimer or dimer to recognize chitin.In rice,OsCERK1 accepts chitin signals by forming an isodimer,which makes the rice resistant to disease.This experiment to find and Chitin in Rice and Arabidopsis thaliana receptor gene homology in the database with the highest sequence,and get 1980 bp fragment cloning,named NbCERK1.Based on this,the NbCERK1 was used to locate the fluorescence signal in the cell membrane,and no fluorescence was found in the nucleus.In addition,using of gene silencing technology successful NbCERK1 gene specificity silence plant,found NbCERK1 gene may by adjusting the guard cells and the accumulation of H2O2and NO to influence the stomatal closure induced by chitin.In addition,the treatment of the five different types of elicitor,the INF1,Avh241,Bax and CRN63,found that the silence of NbCERK1 had effect on the HR of the psojnip and INF1 induction,Having no effected by hjnip,INF1,Avh241 induced HR.NbCERK1 may by participating in Chitin plants in guard cells induced by H2O2 and NO accumulation,plant stomatal closure shall affect Chitin induced by immunization against on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in Nicotiana benthamiana.In conclusion,this paper attempts to search from chitin receptor gene database mining,explore the chitin signaling mechanism,compare the similarities and differences among chitin was to identify different plants,rich elicitor signal transmission,providing theoretical basis for plant disease resistance breeding. |
