| Negative air ion(NAI)which is well-known as "air vitamin and auxin" is very beneficial to human health.It has the function of health care,improving the environmental air quality and creating economic benefits.The concentration of negative air ion is one of the important indicators to measure air quality.In recent years,more and more people focus on air quality.More clean of air,the higher concentration of negative air ion.Therefore,it significantly improved intramural air concentration to create comfortable intramural air environment.This paper mainly studies on the indoor ornamental plants of Crassulaceae to generate NAI efficiently and the exterior design of NAI generator,main results were as follows:Firstly,Daily variation of NAI concentration and levels of NAI generated by Crassulaceae plants under natural conditions(1)Setting 3 treatment groups studies the NAI concentrations at different times of the day under natural state in 80 x 80 x 80 cm3 sealed glass box,the results show that:The Daily change curve of NAI levels in 00:00~24:00 hours Shows that the NAI concentration increased firstly and decreased then.The first valley value appeared at 7:00~8:00,which is 111.21 ion/cm3 and the second one at 17:00~18:00,which is 211.70 ion/cm3.The peak value appeared at 13:00~14:00,which is382.24 ion/cm3.The mean values of NAI was 248.16 ion/cm3 in 24 hours,and its concentration peak appeared at noon.The day mean values of NAI was 248.16 ion/cm3 in 24 hours,which was 1.04 times as the mean values of NAI in 24 hours and 1.09 times as night mean values of NAI.Owing to the day mean values of NAI was higher than the night mean values of NAI,it may shows that light have effect on the changes of NAI concentration by.(2)The variation in NAI levels of 16 species Crassulaceae plants in 80×80×80cm3 sealed glass box under natural state.This experiment set 3 treatment groups(Setting the same plant without pulsed electric field)and 1 control group(without plant),the results show that:The mean values of NAI levels of 16 species Crassulaceae plants of plants groups were higher than that of control groups.In natural state,the NAI of Echeveria secunda var.glauca was 320 ion/cm3,which was the best,while the concentration of NAI of Kalanchoe beharensis was from 242 ion/cm3 to 249 ion/cm3 which was the lowest.Overall,the ability to generate NAI was too week for plants in natural stateThe mean values of NAI levels of plant groups were significantly higher than that of control groups(P=0.000<0.01)by Paired-samples test.Secondly,the variation in NAI levels of indoor ornamental plants of Crassulaceae electrostimulated by 12 kV Pulsed Electric Field.The variation in NAI levels of 16 species Crassulaceae plants electrostimulated by Pulsed Electric Field(Um=12 kV,φ=1Hz,τ =50 ms)in 80×80×80cm3 sealed glass box.This experiment set 3 treatment groups(Setting the same plant by Pulsed Electric Field)and 1control group(Setting plant without Pulsing Electric Field),the results show that:(1)It made the plant presents a multiplier effect to release the values of NAI levels by pulsed electric field.Different plants release the values of NAI levels is different by the same pulsed electric field of 12kV.In the 16 species plants,Sedum sediforme generated max NAI concentration(238504 ion/cm3)which was 1310.46 times as control sample,while Echeveria ’Perle Von Nurnberg’ generated low level(775.65 ion/cm3)which was 4.38 times as control sample.(2)According to the ratio of treatment groups which is electrostimulated by 12kV pulsed electric field and control groups,the NAI levels of 16 species Crassulaceae plants can be divided into 5 categories by Hierarchical Cluster analysis.Category I included Sedum sediforme and Kalanchoe tomentosa,the ratio range of treatment groups and control groups is 1199.65 to 1310.46;Category II included Echeveria ’Black Prince’ and Sempervivum arachnoideum ’Rubrum’,the ratio range of treatment groups and control groups is 1030.16 to 1033.12;Category Ⅲ included Echeveria secunda var.glauca and Kalanchoe beharensis,the ratio range of treatment groups and control groups is 561.97 to 636.38;Category IV included Echeveria pulvinata,the ratio of treatment groups and control groups is 267.84;Category V included Kalanchoe daigremontiana、Kalanchoe thyrsiflora、Echeveria purpusorum、Sempervivum tectorum、Crassula tecta、Echevevia’Perle Von Nurnberg’、Sedum adolphii、Crassulaoblique ’Gollum’、×Graptoveria’Silver Star’,the ratio range of treatment groups and control groups is 4.38~106.80。(3)Mean values of NAI levels of treatment groups which is electrostimulated by 12kV pulsed electric field were significantly higher than that of control groups(P=0.004<0.01)by Paired-samples testThirdly,Studying out the optimal parameters of the effectively NAI generation of Crassulaceae plants under different pulsed electric field.Through the orthogonal experiment showed that applying different intensity of pulse electric field to the plant,plant’s ability to generate negative ions concentration is different also.The optimal parameters of the effectively NAI generation of six kinds of crassulaceae plants under different intensity of pulse electric field is as follows:The optimal parameters of the effectively NAI generation of Kalanchoe tomentosa were Um=16 kV,φ=0.5Hz andτ =60ms.The optimal parameters of the effectively NAI generation of Kalanchoe beharensis were Um=14 kV,φ=0.5 Hz and τ =60 ms.The optimal parameters of the effectively NAI generation of Echeveria secunda var.glauca were Um=16 kV,φ=0.5 Hz and τ=90 ms.The optimal parameters of the effectively NAI generation of Sempervivum arachnoideum ’Rubrum’were Um=14 kV,φ=0.5 Hz and τ =90 ms.The optimal parameters of the effectively NAI generation of Echeveria ’Black Prince’ were Um=14kV,φ=0.5 Hz and τ=90ms.The optimal parameters of the effectively NAI generation of Sedum sediforme were Um=16 kV,φ=0.5 Hz and τ =90 ms.Fourthly,The design of plants NAI generatorBased on the NAI generator and the functional plants which had been identified to generate NAI efficiently,we designed the plants NAI generator.This plants NAI generator is divided into fan,flowerpot,tray,equipment room,ultrasonic sensors,furniture casters these several parts.its material selects lightweight and durable plastic which mainly color is white or pale green.This plants NAI generator’s appearance is concise and the colour is harmonious.This experiment design of plants NAI not only is safe and reliable,but also had the function that making placement easier and generating NAI efficiently and continuously. |
