With the development of biology,the technology of tomato breeding constantly was improved.Pyramiding multi-resistance genes on tomato varieties is now one of the main strategics of breeding.In this study,using several molecular markers,combining with the field observation and inoculation to identify the disease resistance of inbred lines and together with their agronomic traits,we developed several inbred lines with resistance to TYCLV(Tomato yellow curl leaf virus)and late blight and BW(bacterial wilt).We made crosses between inbred lines with TYCLV resistance and other resistance genes,to develop elite hybrids.1.Screened 84 inbred lines at different selfing-generations of tomato based on agronomic character assessment and molecular markers identification such as(Ty-1,Mi-1,Cf-9,1-3,Ve-2,Tm-2a),and the results shown that:three inbred lines have 6 resistance genes;sixteen inbred lines have 5 resistance genes.The other inbred lines always contain at least one or two resistance genes.2.Using of late blight resistance materials as a donor parent,inbred lines for a recurrent parent,and molecular markers(Ph-3)for selection resistance plant from back cross groups.Currently,numbers of backcross provided 42 BC1,3 BC2 and 3 BC3 populations.3.Using high resistance to bacterial wilt(Ralstonia solanacearum)materials as parent we backcrossed to the elite lines and selected seven inbred lines,among of them,three inbred lines show highly resistant to BWand can be used as a resistant parent.4.There are 107 crosses made on field trials in 2015,through the field evaluation among botanic characters,maturity,yield,fruit characters,disease resistance,and we selected eleven elite hybrids with an excellent performance such as W6,H10,WH4,etc.Among of them,H4,H37,WH4 are showed more promising.Hybrid H4(Q5×Q9)is indeterminate growth type,dark green leaves,Firmness fine,tiny fruit shoulder ribbing,oblate fruit,180 g/fruit,5283 Kg/667M2.H37(Q23×Q15)is strong growth potential,dark green leaves,tiny fruit shoulder ribbing light,fine fruit Firmness,192.2 g/fruit,4624 Kg/667M2.WH4(SG2-混×Q23)is dark green at immature stage,excellent fruit-setting,152.8 g/fruit,4270 Kg/667M2.
