Under the background of economic globalization,in all areas of politics,economy,culture and other areas are extensive and profound changes occur.With attention to healthy eating,aquatic its high protein,low cholesterol and other property characteristics,by the majority of consumers,market demand increased year by year.China as an important aquatic production and consumption country in the world,aquatic products processing industry has made considerable progress in recent years,played a pivotal role in the economic and social development.Author perspective of managers to United Fisheries Group(hereinafter referred to as the United Group)for the study,the use of literature analysis,interviews,field survey and other research methods,relying on the integrated development of strategic theory,following strategic environmental analysis,strategic choice strategic management strategy and other general procedure,using PEST analysis method to reveal the opportunities and threats faced by the United Group;the SWOT model to identify internal strengths affect the Group’s strategic choice,weaknesses and external opportunities and threats.Make a choice on the basis of a comprehensive integration strategy analysis,and analysis of each group in the strategic positioning of the internal management and control system of the specific operation.United Fishery Group has a representative in fish processing and trade enterprise.Group with industry competitive enterprises to reach strategic consensus,build alliances to achieve the expansion of production scale,the purpose of improving production and management capacity and production efficiency,consolidated in the industry’s competitive position and core strengths;by the raw material resource investment and integration,mitigate the negative impact caused by shortage of raw materials,guarantee the normal operation of production and operation.In an increasingly competitive environment,for their own existing or potential problems summed up the effective implementation of the safeguards required to support the integration strategy to take appropriate measures:First,adjust the structure,organization,function optimization;second,to develop new markets,decentralized market risk;and third,to establish the image,promote corporate culture;fourth,technological innovation,guarantee food safety;and finally,integration of resources,improve the management level.Research in strategic positioning of internal management practices and explore the operation of the process-specific solutions,with realistic guidance and promote the significance.Through this study,the United Fishery Group provides strategic positioning based on a combination of theory and practice.At the same time,he proposed the establishment of strategic alliances and electronic full supervision system,as evidenced by the first in the industry,innovative,for the same type of aquaculture,the Strategic Choice for the same market environment provides a reference.
