With the popularity of "National Fitness",more and more public groups have started to enter the gym for strength training.Studies show that strengthening the muscles of the lower limbs can effectively prevent knee injuries and stabilize the knee joints.However,according to statistics,There are many hidden safety hazards in the lower limb trainers provided in most gyms,among which the working torque of the equipment does not conform to the human lower limb muscle torque and the speed of the movement cannot be restricted.During the movement of the knee joint,when the muscles are in a weak output position,the knee joint is forced to complete the exercise beyond its own tolerance,or the knee joint moves too fast and is too intense,which will cause sports injuries,which is different from the original The purpose of strengthening the knee joint through exercise is to run counter to the goal,so it is necessary to design and develop lower limb training equipment that can improve the safety factor of the knee joint.In this paper,the literature review method is used to analyze the physical structure characteristics and types of sports injuries of the knee joint.It is found that the main cause of knee joint damage is that the knee joint is under excessive transient stress during exercise or the exercise is too intense.The survey method is used to analyze the current tradition Hidden dangers of lower limb training equipment and the establishment of an experimental method "isokinetic muscle strength test" to study the torque change of the human knee joint at different speeds.By establishing the geometric model and mathematical model of the traditional instrument to obtain its working torque curve,and comparing it with the human muscle motion torque curve obtained in the experiment,it is found that the current traditional instrument has an excessively large starting torque and a slow motion(60 ° / s)can exercise lower limb muscles and improve the safety factor of the knee joint.According to its experimental conclusions,in the design of the lower limb training device for improving the safety factor of the knee joint,the "arm value" of the device under the ideal state of the human muscle torque is obtained through the "inverse method",and a new geometric model and mathematical model are obtained.Traditional equipment mode.This new type of lower limb trainer can solve the problem of excessive starting torque of traditional equipment,and the working torque is very close to the muscle torque.At the same time,a "photoelectric speed sensor" is added to the instrument lever to monitor the user's movement process.Medium speed,can issue voice alerts to remind users that the speed is too fast,two-pronged approach,greatly improving the safety factor of the knee joint in motion.Finally,combined with the man-machine size,a new lower limb trainer was designed,and the sketches and display schemes were drawn.
