Ground source heat pump has been promoted vigorously as a new technology to alleviate the pressure of traditional energy sources,but there is an important problem of backlogging and blocking in actual engineering.This time,through the study of the biological blockage law of groundwater source heat pumps,the analysis of the biological blockage law of groundwater source heat pumps has provided a theoretical basis for future biological blockage prevention methods and is of great significance for solving the problem of biological recharge blockage.Based on the field investigation of the groundwater source heat pump in hangyi hospital,this study simulated the indoor groundwater source heat pump recharge platform,and explored the influence of different shaft wall materials and different concentrations of iron and manganese ions on the recharge blockage of groundwater source heat pump through the design comparison test.Through the establishment of microbial growth and decay model,nutrient migration and degradation model,porosity change model and permeability change model,the model predicts the development trend of groundwater source heat pump backfill blockage,and analyzes the situation of groundwater source heat pump blockage.The results of the study show that:(1)according to the analysis of the immersion test results of five different materials,it can be seen that wrought iron is more prone to corrosion than other materials,which is conducive to the attachment of microorganisms to iron,thus facilitating the growth and reproduction of microorganisms,and more conducive to the development of subsequent tests.(2)According to the different concentration of iron ion on the research on the laws of the underground water source heat pump injection plugging result analysis shows that with the increase of test time,the sand box water flux and coefficient of permeability are gradually decline,concentration of 20 mg/L water flux and coefficient of permeability decline percentage of iron ions,the largest at the same time under the same concentration,the outlet of the 18 cm at the largest percentage of water flux and coefficient of permeability decline.By plate count method for determining sand in different depth of microbial growth number,the number of microorganisms is 12 to 18 cm more,because the microorganisms in the process of growth will generate metabolites and materials such as gas,at the same time as the amount of microorganism growing also can form biofilms,porous media pore jams,biofilm formation blockage.Therefore,the increase of microbial population will accelerate the rate of biological blockage.(3)According to different manganese ion concentration on the research on the laws of the underground water source heat pump injection plugging result analysis shows that with the increase of test time,the sand box water flux and coefficient of permeability are gradually decline,manganese ion concentration of 5 mg/L water flux and coefficient of permeability decline percentage is the largest,at the same time under the same concentration,18 cm at the outlet of the largest percentage of water flux and coefficient of permeability decline.By measuring the growth quantity of microorganisms at different depths in the sandbox with the method of plate counting,it can be known that there are more microorganisms at 12-18 cm,and the higher the concentration of manganese ions,the less the number of microorganisms,which can indicate that high concentration of manganese has a certain toxic effect on microorganisms and will inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms.(4)Iron,manganese ion concentration based on research on the laws of the underground water source heat pump biological recharge clogging the experimental data,according to the microbial growth,nutrient degradation,theory of relationship between porosity and permeability coefficient,hydrodynamic conditions of sand box seepage experiment and the definite condition,establish a one-dimensional biological congestion prediction model of sand injection,and through COMSOL Multiphysics software numerical simulation,the results show that the simulated values and measured values consistent,so the combination model can better simulate the permeability changing experiment,to predict gliding hospital district underground water source heat pump injection biological jam.
