Objective:The research content of this subject the combination of RFID and single surgical instrument. After selecting the most appropriate RFID,determining the reasonable combination of RFID and surgical instruments, verifying the whole process of disinfection, sterilization and use of single surgical instruments implanted with RFID,verifying the integrity of internal storage data, and the stability of the combination of RFID and surgical instruments. Objective to provide a set of RFID single surgical instrument traceability management information system for the hospital CSSD,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection caused by surgical instrument management problemsMethod:Through a large number of literature research and market research, referring to the physical and chemical conditions and clinical application process of a single surgical instrument in the process of disinfection and sterilization, comprehensively comparing the performance of various RFID and adhesives on the market at present, and determining the appropriate test materials;comparing the stability of three different combination methods,i.e.sticking method, welding method and slotting embedding method, preliminarily determining the RFID combined single manipulator The method of equipment and the way of reading RFID dataWe first conducted 50 disinfection and sterilization tests, compared the integrity of RFID data before and after the test,RFID dropped from the surgical instruments, adhesive evaluation, and re optimized the combination method of RFID and surgical instrumentsFinally,we carried out field experiments in the hospital. After CSSD ultrasonic cleaning treatment, chemical disinfectant immersion and more than 1000 times of repeated cleaning and sterilization,we completed the data entry of single device combined with RFID in the operating room and CSSD sterile article tracing management system, analyzed the stability of single surgical device combined with RFID chip, and determined that no single device management was the goal Good bacteria tracing management system. The new tracing management system of sterile articles can avoid the left of instruments, the statistical function of single surgical instruments and the good management function of the whole process. Results:The ultra-high-frequency No.6 RFID passive radio frequency identification chip and two-component high-temperature-resistant adhesive were selected as the materials for this study. The slot was embedded to combine the chip with the surgical instrument. In the laboratory test, the sealant of 20 instruments produced a mottled color and tended to brown. The welding instrument 6 produced a yellow rust spot on the edge of the label. The above situation disappeared after the process of changing the sealant material. In CSSD,we first used RFID combined with 40 surgical instruments, including 25 surgical instruments using direct slotting method,9 hand instruments using adhesive method, and 6 surgical instruments using welding method. The test objectives were RFID falling off and RFID communication disappearing.1300 tests have been completed, and the RFID failure rate was 37.5%.Then we added 20 RFID combined surgical instruments, and adjusted the combination method After 800 tests, the RFID failure rate dropped to 15%,and the failure was concentrated in the early stage of the test.Since August 2019,RFID communication has been stable and there is no RFID falling off. Conclusion:The radio-frequency identification chip, adhesive and bonding method selected in this study can be used in the clinic. The sterile article traceability management system based on the traceability of a single surgical instrument basically meets the clinical needs.
