With the increasing demand for 3D visualization in many fields,such as digital city and reverse engineering in recent years,three-dimensional laser scanning technology,as a revolutionary new technology in surveying and mapping industry,is becoming mature and cost decreasing,using three-dimensional laser scanner to collect the three-dimensional point cloud data from complex entities or real scenes,and to complete the surveying and mapping through the processing and analysis of the point cloud data.The application of word production,feature extraction and 3D model reconstruction is more and more mature and has wide application prospects.Threedimensional laser technology,along with the tilt photogrammetry,has become an important means and research hotspot in 3D landscape reconstruction.And the traditional software modeling method has become an important way to construct the three-dimensional model of Photo-Realistic.It has gradually met the three-dimensional virtual scene simulation and the three-dimensional visualization of the city.The demand is strong.In this paper,the three-dimensional reconstruction of the dimensional building model is completed by a variety of technical means,and the advantages and disadvantages of various schemes are compared and analyzed objectively.Secondly,the 3D model of the 3D point cloud model and the two-dimensional texture image is completed by a variety of schemes,and the 3D model with the photo realistic sense is reconstructed.Through experiments and cases,the feasibility and broad application prospect of the engineering application are discussed.The paper has a very positive effect on the application of three-dimensional laser scanning and the development and progress of the realistic three-dimensional scene.The main work of the paper includes:(1)discuss the principle,data characteristics,data processing and application and research status of the three dimensional laser scanning technology,and introduce the full working process of the data production from the scheme design,data collection,data processing,3D modeling,digital line drawing and so on.The feasibility and unique advantages of 3D laser in multi engineering application area are verified by actual case data.(2)combined with the "creation sun" point cloud modeling experiment,the threedimensional modeling experiment of tilt photogrammetry,and the three-dimensional reconstruction experiment of traditional modeling software architecture,the multi dimension objective comparison analysis of various 3D modeling schemes from data acquisition,data processing,efficiency,cost and precision of data results is analyzed,and the application status and application prospect of various technologies are summarized.Analysis;(3)the principle and method of matching two dimensional panoramic images with laser intensity panoramic images are introduced.Using the registration model based on the collinear equation,the texture fusion experiment is completed by the registration of the homonym feature points,and the fusion results are analyzed.With the camera integrated by a scanning instrument,the experiment of automatic fusion of point cloud and texture is completed by using an improved Danish method of weighting iteration.The registration results and accuracy of the two methods are compared.After the image texture mapping experiment of the 3D reconstruction model,the three-dimensional model of the texture is generated,and the objective analysis of the experimental results on the above is discussed,and the potential pattern of the three-dimensional laser scanning technology is discussed,and the prospect of the future development and improvement of the technology is also put forward.
