Pantograph sliding electric contact is an important way to connect power supply system and train at present.With the increase of high-speed train running speed,the dynamic contact pressure load between the pantograph and the catenary increases,which causes the wear of catenary and pantograph slide.Therefore,to improve the reliability of pantograph sliding contact operation,it is necessary to study the prediction of pantograph sliding contact life.In this paper,a self-developed improved sliding electrical contact testing machine is used as a platform,and pure copper contact wires and metal-impregnated carbon slide plates of current-carrying friction pairs are taken as the research objects.The life of pantograph sliding electric contact is studied from the wear and contact resistance of slide under different working conditions.The wear patterns and wear types of sliding electrical contact were obtained by experiments,and the life prediction models of different wear types were established.From a reliability point of view,to join the sliding speed,contact pressure,contact current factors such as wear rate and the relationship between time and reliability are given,and through a lot of experimental research under the condition of different wear the relations of time,according to the distribution of skateboard wear quantity in time using the ideas of full probability formula and bayes formula skateboard wear life probability distribution model is established and its reliability is given.Sliding electrical contact is influenced by outside factors,many factors that can contact resistance is fusion visual representation of a physical quantity,under different wave load,contact pressure,and so on and so forth through the contact resistance to do a series of experiments,about the time that contact resistance increase and the dimensionless time relationship of graphics,single point contact when the contact resistance is infinite in theory to get a maximum service life.Based on the above research,measures to improve the contact life of pantograph sliding are proposed from the aspect of reducing electrical wear.The research on the life prediction of pantograph sliding electric contact can make people have a deeper understanding of pantograph electric contact,play a guiding role in the maintenance of pantograph and the replacement of slide plate,save resources and economy,and have good research value.
