Shenzhen Buxin Road,Aiguo Road and Yanhe Road currently bear the heavy responsibility of transit traffic in the eastern part of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.The area's transit traffic is intertwined,and with the rapid growth of car ownership and road traffic in the city in recent years,it is often congested.In particular,after the opening of the Danping Expressway,the traffic flow from the Buxin Road and Aiguo Road intersections to the fast direction of Danping often lined up for one or two kilometers during the evening rush,causing serious trouble to the travel of most residents around the area.In order to thoroughly improve the traffic situation in the eastern part of Luohu and adjust the freight traffic out of the city center,Shenzhen City launched the Shenzhen Eastern Transit Highway Link Project in 2014.The project line starts from the Patriotic Road Viaduct in the west,and passes through Donghu Park and Tangpai Mountain.It is connected to the East Ring Ground Expressway on the Yanhe North Road.The total length of the tunnel is 6.053 km,the total length of the ramp is 2.401 km,the area is 53.49hm2,the excavation is 1.183 million m3,the filling is 128,200 m3,the waste is 1.0548 million m3,the construction period is 3 years,and the estimated investment is CNY194.614 million.Because th e highway is a linear development and construction project,the tunnel is long,the layout span is large,the disturbance area is wide,and the amount of excavation and slag is large.It is mainly constructed by tunnel excavation.As long as the line passe s through,the original landform will be disturbed and destroyed by the construction of the project.If the soil and water conservation is not paid during the construction process,the project area will be prone to soil erosion such as chaos,fell,and hud dle,destroying the natural landscape and polluting the water source protection area.It also adversely affects the water and soil resources and ecological environment along the project and even threatens the safe operation of the road.In view of the specific characteristics of soil erosion and the impact on the surrounding area of the project,the soil and water conservation plan is closely combined with the main engineering design,and reasonable soil and water conservation measures are designed for each soil erosion prevention and control zone: Temporary block,drainage,grit and covering measures were designed during the construction period of the main project area,and after completion,the exposed ground surface shall be landscaped to restore the eco logical environment;In the temporary piled soil area,a bagged soil block is arranged at the foot of the slope,and a drainage ditch and a grit chamber are arranged around the surface to cover the bare earth surface,and the construction site is green aft er completion;Temporary drainage ditches and grit chambers were arranged around the construction,production and living,and after completion,the construction camp buildings and their sites shall be demolished,covered,and restored;the construction access road area shall be demolished and hardened,and the land shall be restored to the original land use type after the land was leveled after completion;Arrangement measures were set around the land acquisition and demolition area,the demolition waste residue shall be transported away in time.Through the implementation of soil and water conservation measures of this project,water and soil loss in this project area can be effectively controlled,and the construction and environmental protection can be coordinated.
