In recent years,the rapid growth of China's automobile production and sales has led to the increment of China's dependence on oil,even the serious environmental problems.The implementation of national ? emission standard is an important national policy deployment that can effectively reduce the emission of vehicle pollutants.At present,the global component manufacturers are investing in the R&D and production of national ? products with a high degree of enterprise strategy.However,such efforts are accompanied by the uncertain risk management of the project.It is urgent to correctly evaluate the risk of national VI emission project and establish a scientific and reasonable risk evaluation system of National VI emission project.Currently,most of the research on the national ? emission standard in the theoretical circle is focused on the field of policy review,but there is still a lack of quantitative risk assessment mode that causes big risks in the project.By taking Parker company as an example,this paper combines with the development of China's emission project,analyzes the types and characteristics of project risks in detail,teases out 9 major risk sources,and determines 11 dimensions including technology R&D risk,financial risk(mainly referring to capital utilization and cost control),business process management risk,organization team management risk and project schedule risk.Then,this paper also combines with the company's national ?emission project,adopts fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the specific application of risk assessment system to carry out a comprehensive risk assessment of the project,demonstrates the key risk factors of the Parker's national ? emission project,and builds risk prevention countermeasures.The research of this paper takes Parker's Commercial Vehicle national ?project as an example,starting with the key links of project risk identification,evaluation and response,to establish a complete,comprehensive and scientific risk management system and response strategy.In theory,enriches the literature of enterprise risk management in theory.In practice,the research of this paper is helpful for enterprises to strengthen the management and control of technology R&D risk,business process management risk,financial risk,organization team management risk and project schedule risk,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project.At the same time,this paper provides reference for other domestic enterprises to realize project localization.
