As the main medical equipment of auxiliary temperature control,medical temperature control blanket is widely used in the clinical treatment of various diseases.Since the development of domestic medical temperature control blankets started late,there are still many deficiencies in temperature control accuracy,functional applications,operation interface,electromagnetic compatibility,etc.In view of the above deficiencies,this paper proposes a design scheme based on the hybrid medical temperature control blanket control system by studying the characteristics of modern medical temperature control blanket system and combining with the design requirements of the enterprise.In this article,I have studied and compared the design models of medical temperature control blankets at home and abroad,and combined with the latest national relevant standards,detailed enumeration of the rigid design indicators and functional expansion requirements of medical temperature control blankets.By comparing the existing medical temperature control blanket driving schemes,this paper proposes a combination of semiconductor and compressor hybrid drive,and studies its driving method.The main control board selects STM32F429IGT6 as the main control chip,and designs peripheral circuits around the CPU in the form of sub-modules.In this paper,NTC thermistor and DS18B20 are selected as the temperature sensors of different temperature measurement parts of the unit,and the acquisition isolation circuit is designed for their acquisition characteristics.In order to expand the functional requirements of the machine,the design of information storage,network interface,voice warning and other modules were added respectively.In this paper,an improved MOS full-bridge circuit is used to control the voltage and direction of the two ends of the semiconductor unit,and a collection and isolation circuit is designed for the semiconductor conduction current feedback signal.According to the characteristics of the hybrid drive device combination,I first selected the control inverter,and then designed the semiconductor drive protection circuit and the MOS tube switch circuit.This paper studies and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing temperature control algorithm of medical temperature control blanket,puts forward the control concept of hierarchical fuzzy PID,and introduces the temperature control algorithm in detail with the help of MATLAB;Software development of control tasks based on ?C/OS-III operating system,and analysis of each task process;Based on the EMC test experiments ofthe whole machine,the test methods and corresponding EMC rectification schemes are introduced.In the end,the model designed in this paper successfully completed the test of various technical indicators and sent it to the Jinan Medical Device Quality Supervision and Testing Center designated by the State Food and Drug Administration for testing.The experimental results show that the hybrid drive scheme,hierarchical fuzzy PID control scheme,software and hardware circuit design scheme,and EMC isolation scheme can be applied to medical temperature control blankets,which will provide a certain reference for the design of other medical temperature control equipment value.
