Tengfei Automobile Company is an order-oriented assembly-oriented commercial vehicle enterprise,which occupies a relatively high market share and has a good user reputation.In recent years,the automobile market has continued to decline.With the most powerful and complete independent research and development system,leading management concepts and sharp market insights in China,Tengfei Automobile has maintained its leading position in the industry for four consecutive years.As a traditional commercial vehicle company,influenced by user groups and oriented by customer needs,there has been a long-term problem of customer demand diversification and productivity constraints.In addition,other excellent commercial vehicle companies at home and abroad can find that the profit rate of Tengfei Automobile Company is far lower than other car companies.Under the influence of political,economic,social,and technological factors such as the removal of restrictions on the ratio of foreign shares in commercial vehicle manufacturing in 2020,the slowdown in GDP growth,the increase in labor costs due to the aging population,and the transfer of R&D investment to emerging fields,Tengfei Automobile Company There are more opportunities and challenges to continue to maintain the domestic leading position.It is not just Tengfei Automobile Company under the influence of the great environment,improving production efficiency,reducing production costs,and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises have become the top priorities for all automobile manufacturers.Based on the above research background,this article takes the oil filling area of the Tengfei Automobile Assembly Workshop as an entry point,briefly introduces the background of the oil filling area of the Tengfei Automobile Assembly Workshop and the existing oil filling process.Taking the model of the research object as an example,using the theoretical knowledge of production line balance and lean production management,through on-site operation observation,data recording and analysis,the method of drawing a process program chart has found that the filling process is not smooth,the operator has to wait and move for a long time,etc.The root cause of the problem has the following three points: First,the unreasonable amount control method,second,the existing process layout restricts productivity,and third,the engine coolant filling time is too long,and there is a "bottleneck" in the process.The author uses the "5W1H" and "ECRS Four Principles" analysis methods,adopting the methods of updating and refilling the filling equipment,adding a new information system and equipment networking scheme,optimizing the filling process,and standardizing the operator's work activities.This article not only completed the design of the optimization plan for the oil filling process in the assembly workshop of Tengfei Automobile Company,but also analyzed and predicted its process optimization effect.At the same time,detailed plans have been drawn up in terms of organization and personnel support,technical support,and system support to ensure the feasibility of the plan.In terms of organizational security,a simultaneous development project team was established to manage the product design baseline,a learning organization was actively established from the perspective of lean production management,and a feedback team was established to achieve continuous improvement.In terms of personnel security,it focuses on business training for process personnel and operators.In terms of technical support,technical requirements are put forward for the basic unit,mobile unit,and drive module of the equipment to ensure the smooth progress of the filling operation.In terms of system guarantee,establish a standardized management system,equipment inspection and maintenance system and process discipline inspection system to improve the efficiency and management capabilities of enterprises,and lay a solid foundation for the future layout of intelligent,automated factories and the improvement of core competitiveness.
